HIGHLIGHT OF SABBATH WORSHIP IN RUMUOLUMENI CHURCH

To God be the Glory for a wonderful Sabbath Worship Experience at Rumuolumeni Church where the Executive Secretary of the Port Harcourt West Conference, Pst. Alvin Chigaemezu Ikeocha graced the District with his presence and visited all the local Churches within Rumuolumeni District.

We gladly welcomed our Newly Baptized Member by name Agbi Blessing Kachi into the Adventist fold where the Executive Secretary issued the certificate of baptism signifying her as a recognized and certified member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church World Wide.

Pst. Alvin Chigaemezu Ikeocha, bless the congregation with a Sermon "UNBOXING RIGHTEOUSNESS" reminding the congregation the important and validity of our righteous life as Adventist towards sharing the Gospel of God and encouraging members to fully participate in Evangelism as that is the core goal of our Mission in 2026.

Today, Pst. Alvin Chigaemezu Ikeocha was formally introduced as the District Leader of Rumuolumeni District. He assured the members that there will be continuous progress and blessing in the district by God's grace and urging each one to keep supporting the work of God.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE TEN DAYS OF PRAYER HELD IN RUMUOLUMENI DISTRICT

UNLEASHED 2026🕊️

To God be the Glory for a successful end of this year amazing Ten Days of Prayer carried out across all churches and the students campus within the district. It was indeed a spirit filled, soul lifting and reconnecting with God through prayers and fasting.

Each Nights of the program comes with an amazing session of prayers led by the coordinator and also our Pst. Ebenezer Confidence anchored at the District Headquarters where his Immeasurable efforts made positive progress in members participation for the program.

Souls were revived, bless, touched and lifted in the season of prayers as members shared wonderful testimonies of God's goodness and favor in their lives. Visitors participated fully to witness each night's program as it was a program never to miss out.

To climax the Sabbath Worship, the Pastor captured his Sermon "FAITHFULNESS" reminding each member the blessings that comes from being faithful in all aspects of our daily living as we are accountable to God for everything we do on Earth. Your faithful in giving goes a long way to boost the strength of the church, your faithful at work, business and everywhere we found ourselves tells others about us as Adventist as we should live a life people would learn positive things and amend their sinful ways.

The program ended with a soul baptized from Rumuolumeni Church to the Glory of God, Indeed lives were renewed with Christ words.

Keep living a positive life that would draw people to Jesus Christ and your reward is great.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE SECURITY SERVICES DAY HELD ON 10TH JAN. 2026
THEME: HE IS WAITING FOR YOU

Celebrating this day reminds us how much we appreciate all security personnel who risk their lives, time and forsake everything to ensure safety of life and peace in our environment.

Seventh Day Adventist Church Rumuolumeni has deemed it fit to honor our Arm Force personnel and keep praying for them.

To God be the glory as the church participated fully in this program while some members of the church held their service at Rumuolumeni/Iwofe Police Station.
The presence of the members gave a positive insight to all who witnessed the moment, sharing God's words and praying for all Police Officers present at the station and all other people who joined to worship with us.

The DPO and ASP of the station appreciated the church for this heartfelt effort to worship and pray with them; they also pledged to do their best in ensuring Peace among the nation.
Sharing moments wonderful experience of God's goodness upon their lives in the course of this Job, asking the church to keep praying for them as for God's protection.

The residents felt the impact of the members and gifts received from the church including our study materials as a means to share God's daily word.

Let's continue to pray for the safety and peace of our Nation.

Be vigilant and watchful.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE FIRST SABBATH WORSHIP.

There is fullness of Joy and happiness when the children of God gathered to worship our Lord and Savior.

The Entire Congregation was bless today with the words of God by our Pst. Ebenezer Confidence who shared soul lifting words of Encouragement and Hope to members of the church.

In his sermon "NEW BEGINNINGS", He reminded the members that God will do a new thing in our life this 2026. Encouraging members to forget about yesterday's problem and hard time, focusing on today's blessings awaiting us.

He made a prayer of Dedication and Blessing to all members, wishing everyone a Bountiful Year filled with happiness and God's grace.

‎To God be the Glory for a successful annual camp meeting celebration held at the Old Convocation Arena of the Unique Uniport Choba from 24th - 27th Dec. 2025 with the THEME: INTEGRATED FOR MISSION
‎
‎The presence of God filled the congregation during this spirit filled camp meeting as praises, testimonies, lectures, prayers and words of Life was shared amongst the believers who gathered across the PHWC Axis to show gratitude for the unlimited blessings from God.
‎
‎Each day has its amazing activities done and members were lifted in spirit and mind ranging from the songs by the Choir gathered at the venue.
‎
‎The Program ended in praises as PST. UDUNG ADUM OWOH the District Leader of Rumuolumeni Church was awarded as the LONG SERVING PASTOR WITHIN THE CONFERENCE for his Immeasurable Support and efforts in the Adventist Church for numerous years.

‎He gave Glory to God for keeping his safe and healthy to carry out the gospel till date.

‎Highlight of the Port Harcourt West Mission AMO EXTRAORDINARY MEETING held at Rumuolumeni District.
‎
‎November 2nd, 2025 left a history in the hearts of Port Harcourt West Mission AMO who attended their Extraordinary meeting at Rumuolumeni District.
‎
‎Seventh Day Adventist Church Rumuolumeni District hosted the Port Harcourt West Mission AMO EXTRAORDINARY MEETING at the Headquarters Church.
‎The moment covers a variety of activities, the program kicked off with devotional by the PHWM President, Pst. Solomon Okonu who in his words admonishes the presence of God among great men who have gathered here to witness today's program and support this Mission at large.
‎
‎The PHWM AMO Director, Eld. Samuel Emejuru gave his welcome address, appreciating all men who made time to attend this last AMO Meeting for 2025. In his words, he acknowledged the support of the Men for always standing up and continuous support in their various churches. AMO Leaders from ENUC, REC, RNM and all field of AMO officials graced the program with their presence.
‎
‎Among all the activities carried out, special moments for Awards of Excellence was given to leaders such as ENUC AMO Director, President of PHWM, PHWM AMO Director, Most Friendly AMO Pastor, Associate AMO Director etc and would not fail to mention our own Elder, *Eld. Chimezie Ogbu* who received an Award of Excellence Service for his Immeasurable Support to the AMO noting this, Rumuolumeni District AMO received an award as the District who is not indebted to the PHWM AMO bodies giving a hints of our endless support as Rumuolumeni District AMO.

‎Lecture on poultry farming was presented by Mrs. Eagle Godwin, she enlightened the congregation on how to start up the business of poultry farming and mentor them in every aspect to know about the business. Questions were answered as the resource personnel sold the materials to interested individuals as guides to start a poultry business.
‎
‎Lots of activities happened, ranging from awards, lectures, words of encouragement, and to wrap it all, a goodwill message was delivered to the Men; reminding as they are the pillars of their duty.
‎
‎Eld. Clifford Nyone, Head Elder of Rumuolumeni Church gladly welcomes and appreciates all who were present.
‎
‎Refreshment and varieties of soup, food were made for all attended.
‎
‎Closing Prayer was done and prayers for a safe journey to everyone.
