*THREE-MONTHS CHRISTIAN MINISTRY COURSE*
*Course Objectives*
At the end of this 3-month course, students should be able to:
1. *Develop Christlike Leadership* by understanding and applying biblical principles of Christian leadership in ministry and everyday life (Mark 10:42–45; 1 Timothy 3:1–7).
2. *Grow Spiritually* through consistent prayer, Bible study, worship, holiness, and dependence on the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 3:18; Colossians 2:6–7).
3. *Build Godly Character* by demonstrating integrity, humility, faithfulness, self-control, and other fruits of the Spirit essential for effective ministry (Galatians 5:22–23; Titus 2:7–8).
4. *Understand the Life and Responsibilities of a Minister* by embracing the biblical call, lifestyle, ethics, and sacrifices required of God's servants (2 Timothy 2:3–4; 1 Corinthians 4:1–2).
5. *Discover and Develop Kingdom Passion* by cultivating a heart for evangelism, discipleship, soul-winning, and service to God's Kingdom (Matthew 28:19–20; Romans 12:11).
6. *Serve Effectively in Ministry* by identifying spiritual gifts, working faithfully in the local church, and leading others with wisdom, love, and excellence (1 Peter 4:10–11; Ephesians 4:11–13).
*What Students Should Expect:*
During this three-month ministry training, students should expect to:
* Gain a solid biblical foundation for Christian ministry.
* Experience personal spiritual renewal and growth.
* Develop Christlike character and integrity for lasting ministry.
* Learn practical leadership and ministry skills.
* Understand the calling, responsibilities, and lifestyle of a minister.
* Discover and develop their spiritual gifts and ministry purpose.
* Build a deeper passion for God's Kingdom, evangelism, and discipleship.
* Participate in practical ministry assignments, prayer sessions, and evangelism outreach.
* Receive mentoring and biblical guidance for effective Christian service.
* Be equipped to serve faithfully in the church, community, and wherever God sends them.
*By the end of the course, students should be spiritually mature, biblically grounded, morally sound, leadership-ready, and equipped to serve God faithfully with passion, humility, and excellence.*
