One of the most disadvantaged places to be in life, is being unable to see, know or understand what the Lord is doing. The frustration inherent in such a situation is beyond words. The Cast Down Mind does all it can to blindfold the eyes of the children of God, to prevent them from seeing from God’s perspective.
Many times, Believers pray and make declarations in the Spirit but then, go on to complain bitterly in the flesh, just because they cannot see the manifestation of what they have prayed for. Dear Believer, we move by faith and not by sight. We persist in our conversations until we find them become tangible. Even if they are not tangible, we must never change our thoughts, to take up what the Cast Down Mind says.
The children of Israel were blessed and could not be cursed. Balaam had repeatedly tried to curse them and wound up blessing them. Balak was inconsolable. However, the greedy prophet came to see that Israel did not know the extent of God’s plan for them. He counseled Balak to cause them to operate from their sensuality. Weeks upon weeks of sacrifice and oracles came to an end with calamitous results for the children of Israel because their eyes saw the wrong things. Selah. (See Numbers 23-25)
Dear Believer, persist in staying in the heart of God concerning you. The best time to stay in prayer is just after you have received the word/promise/demonstration of God. The flesh will try to cause to be distracted so that you cannot effectively engage the fullness of God that has been opened to you. The pressures, trials, temptations, troubles you see around in the flesh, are tools of trade, to distract you from the truth of God in that situation. Keep your eyes on Christ. Refuse to be distracted by the flesh. Selah.

Dear Father, open my eyes to see the truth in all things and follow you. In Jesus name. Amen.
