WHY WE INVITED YOU FOR WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES

Romans 1:12
That is, THAT I MAY BE COMFORTED TOGETHER WITH YOU by the mutual faith both of you and me.

What is Comfort?
The Oxford Dictionary defines comfort thus,

1. A state of PHYSICAL EASE and FREEDOM FROM PAIN OR CONSTRAINT.

2. The EASING or ALLEVIATION OF A PERSON'S FEELINGS OF GRIEF OR DISTRESS.

Do Pastors' Wives and Female Ministers have some physical uneasiness? Yes, they do!

Are the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers enduring pains? Yes, they are!

Are the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers having some constraints in relation to ministry, marriage, money and Health (M³H)? Yes, they are!

Are the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers passing through some griefs? Yes, they are!

Do the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers also face distress? Yes, they do!

Do the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers pant or taste for comforts in all these above? Yes, they do!

It's even as a result of the above challenges they are undergoing in addition to their enormous contributions in the body of Christ, the church, that they are being invited for a mutual and corporate comfort that they urgently deserve.

Dear Pastors' Wives and Female Ministers, we want to administer shock therapy to you. We want to drip you for the mighty works ahead.

The ministry of raising kids and healing the wounds of the Pastor who keeps sustaining injuries in the course of the ministry. The ministry of loneliness even when you're not single. The ministry of home management and kids control. The ministry of trying to contain the excesses of some contentious in-laws. The ministry of help even when there are no help resources. Should I continue with the several ministries of the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers apart from what they do in the church?

It's just enormous! I can't name them all ...

It's because of these that you're being invited for COMFORT.

We know we can't pay you, but we just want to appreciate you and honour your unrelenting efforts.

Yes, we mean what we are saying.

WHY EVERY KNOWN PASTOR'S WIFE AND FEMALE MINISTER SHOULD ATTEND WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES is a day set aside by The Pastor's Wife Welfare Organization Int'l, a global non-denominational body for the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers, to celebrate both the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers all over the world.

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES is never meant to be the organization's anniversary.

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES is never the birthday of the global President or his wife.

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES was purposely slated for 14th November of every year because that was the official day the CAC gave approval for the global welfare of the Pastors' Wives and Female Ministers.

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES was purposely scheduled for the purpose of welfare campaigns for the Pastors' Wives and the Female Ministers.

WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES is not a function or celebration for a certain denomination or another but for ALL Pastors' Wives and Female Ministers in ALL denominations.

We want WORLD DAY OF PASTORS' WIVES to be a global celebration like Valentine's Day, Christmas, August Meeting, Mothers' Day, and the likes.
