"FASTING IS A LIFESTYLE"
- Fasting is not an event; it’s a lifestyle. And true spiritual impact is built on sacrifice.
- Many believers see fasting as a programme or a yearly religious routine, but in the spirit, fasting is not an activity you schedule — it’s a posture you live by. Men who carry weight in the Kingdom don’t fast because a church calendar says so; they fast because they understand the demand of divine power.
- Every man that will host God must learn to deny himself. Flesh does not birth glory. The reason many cannot ascend in the spirit is because their appetites have become stronger than their hunger for God. You can’t feed the flesh and expect to walk in the fire of the Holy Ghost. God does not rest upon men who are full of themselves; He rests upon men who have emptied themselves at the altar of sacrifice.
- Fasting is not starvation; it is alignment. It is the process of silencing the noise of the flesh so that the voice of the Spirit can be heard clearly. Every time you fast, you’re telling God, “You matter more than food, more than comfort, more than pleasure.” And that posture attracts Heaven’s attention. Look through Scripture — Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Jesus — all were men of sacrifice. They knew that encounters are not gifts; they are rewards for yieldedness.
- Power is not cheap; it is born in the place of consecration. Many want to manifest glory but few are willing to pay the price that sustains it.
- The truth is, you cannot be mighty in the spirit and casual in discipline. Fasting tames your flesh, sharpens your discernment, and keeps your altar burning. When others are sleeping, men of the spirit are groaning. When others are feasting, they are travailing. That’s how mantles are received and preserved.
- Beloved, don’t wait for a problem before you fast. Make it your culture. Make it your rhythm. Let Heaven know you as a man or woman who lives in continual sacrifice. The more you die to self, the more of God you manifest.
- Remember, true spiritual authority is not built on titles but on altars. Every man of impact has a secret place where the flesh is crucified daily. If you want to carry God’s power, embrace His discipline.
