The Holy Spirit is not just a feeling, He is the voice, power, and presence of God living within us.
He guides, convicts, strengthens, comforts, and transforms lives.
Without the Holy Spirit, we struggle by strength; with Him, we walk in divine direction and power.
May we not just know about Him, but truly experience Him daily. šŸ”„

TOPIC: DIVINE RESCUE 4.

By:
Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo.

TEXT: ā€œI made a covenant with my eyes not to look with lust at a young woman.ā€(JOB 31:1 NLT).

In our previous Daily Boost, we saw how staying focused and committed to your God-given assignment can help you overcome opposition and frustrate the plans of the enemy. Today, we are looking at another powerful way God rescues His children from the traps and attacks of the enemy — through healthy boundaries.

Boundaries are protective measures and spiritual guardrails we put in place to guard our hearts, preserve our integrity, and protect us from falling into sin. They are deliberate decisions and personal disciplines designed to keep us safe from the enemy’s traps.

Job revealed one of his personal boundaries when he said, ā€œI made a covenant with my eyes not to look with lust at a young woman.ā€ Job understood that victory over temptation often begins with prevention. Rather than waiting to fall into sin, he chose to establish limits that would help him stay pure and upright before God.

There are practical boundaries every believer must establish to avoid giving the enemy an advantage. If you struggle with the temptation of dishonesty in handling money, avoid putting yourself in compromising financial positions. If you are vulnerable to drunkenness, avoid places and environments that encourage it. If certain relationships constantly weaken your walk with God, create healthy distance and surround yourself with people who strengthen your faith.

Ask God for wisdom to identify the boundaries you need in your life, and He will use those boundaries as instruments of divine rescue and preservation.

Psalm 101:3 says, ā€œI will set nothing wicked before my eyes.ā€ One way to avoid wickedness is to remove corrupt and ungodly influences from before you. What you continually expose yourself to can shape your thoughts, desires, and actions.

Also, 2 Timothy 2:22 instructs us to ā€œFlee youthful lusts.ā€ Notice the Bible did not say to negotiate with temptation or play around with it. It says to flee. Sometimes, victory is found in walking away quickly.

Furthermore, 1 Corinthians 15:33 reminds us that ā€œBad company corrupts good character.ā€ The people around you can either strengthen your convictions or weaken your standards. Therefore, choose relationships that encourage righteousness and spiritual growth.

Boundaries are not restrictions meant to punish us; they are safeguards designed to preserve our destiny, protect our character, and prevent the enemy from gaining access to our lives.

PRAYERS:
* Father, thank You for Your wisdom and caution. Help me to set healthy boundaries that will guide and guard my life in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, grant me the courage and discipline to maintain godly boundaries for my safety and protection against the enemy in Jesus’ Name.
* Today, I overcome every temptation, trap, and trial of the enemy, and I emerge victorious in Jesus’ Name.

DECLARATIONS:
* The Lord will strengthen you and give you wisdom to establish the necessary boundaries for your safety and victory in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* I release divine grace upon you to overcome every temptation and every enemy of your soul in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* I declare continual growth, victory, and celebration in your walk and work with the Lord in Jesus Mighty Name, amen.

TOPIC: DIVINE RESCUE 3.

Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo

TEXT: ā€œthat Sanballat and Geshem sent to me, saying, ā€˜Come, let us meet together among the villages in the plain of Ono.’ But they thought to do me harm. So I sent messengers to them, saying, ā€˜I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?ā€™ā€(NEHEMIAH 6:2-3 NKJV).

As we continue exploring different ways God rescues His children from the plots and attacks of the enemy, today we learn another powerful lesson from the life of Nehemiah. In our previous Daily Boost, we saw how wisdom and right decisions can become instruments of divine rescue. Today, we see how focus and dedication can also preserve us from danger.

Sanballat and Geshem invited Nehemiah to a meeting, but their intention was evil. They wanted to distract, weaken, and ultimately destroy the work God had committed into his hands. However, Nehemiah discerned their motives and refused to abandon his assignment. His response was firm and focused: ā€œI am doing a great work, so that I can not come down.ā€

One major strategy of the enemy is distraction. When distraction succeeds, delay follows, and prolonged delay can eventually lead to destruction. Many destinies have been weakened, not because people lacked potential, but because they gave unnecessary attention to opposition, criticism, and distractions.

Instead of focusing on those fighting you, focus on the assignment God has given to you. Keep building, keep growing, keep advancing. Your results will speak louder than every accusation. Persistence weakens opposition and progress silences critics.

Never allow the enemy to stop the good work God has placed in your hands. Continue producing proofs of growth and progress because there are battles you will simply outgrow as you mature and advance.

Our Lord Jesus Christ demonstrated this same attitude in Luke 13:31-32 when He was warned that Herod wanted to kill Him. Rather than becoming distracted or intimidated, Jesus stayed committed to His mission and continued His work boldly. His response teaches us that focus is a weapon of victory.

Sometimes, God rescues us, not by removing the enemies immediately, but by giving us the grace to remain focused until their plans fail. As you stay committed to your purpose, every evil strategy against your life shall scatter.

Keep moving.
Keep working.
Keep trusting God.
And in due season, your progress will weary and weaken every opposition.

PRAYERS:
* Father, thank You for the wisdom, strength, and privilege to work and produce results. Blessed be Your Name in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, I pray that every evil plot and agenda against my dreams, vision, and purpose be frustrated and destroyed in Jesus’ Name.
* Father, release upon me fresh strength to remain focused and productive, and let my results silence every opposition in Jesus’ Name.

DECLARATIONS:
* I decree that you are unstoppable in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* I decree that your results will silence every insult and stop every assault against your life and family in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* I release upon you the courage, strength, and grace to keep advancing in Jesus' Mighty Name, amen.

TOPIC: DIVINE RESCUE 2.

Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo.

TEXT: ā€œThen the Pharisees met together to plot how to trap Jesus into saying something for which he could be arrested. They sent some of their disciples, along with the supporters of Herod, to meet with him. ā€œTeacher,ā€ they said, ā€œwe know how honest you are. You teach the way of God truthfully. You are impartial and don’t play favourites. Now tell us what you think about this: Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?ā€(MATTHEW‬ ‭22‬:‭15‬-‭17‬ ‭NLT‬‬).

In our previous Daily Boost, we reflected on how King David testified of God’s rescue from the plots and schemes of the enemy. Today, we turn our attention to the life of our Lord Jesus Christ and see how divine wisdom helped Him escape the traps and temptations set against Him.

The enemies of Jesus approached Him with flattering words, praising His integrity and commending His teachings. However, behind their compliments was a hidden agenda. They asked Him a controversial question concerning paying taxes to Caesar, hoping to trap Him with His response. If He spoke against paying taxes, they could accuse Him before the government; if He supported it, they hoped to turn the people against Him. But Jesus, operating in divine wisdom, answered in such a way that their plans failed completely. His response silenced their accusations and rendered their trap powerless.

This teaches us an important lesson: not every battle requires physical strength or confrontation. Sometimes, wisdom is the greatest weapon for victory. One right response, inspired by God, can stop confusion, silence opposition, and rescue us from danger. Jesus assured His followers in Luke 21:12-15 that even in times of persecution and opposition, they should not be afraid or anxious about what to say, because God Himself would give them the wisdom and words that no adversary would be able to resist or contradict.

In life, oppositions may arise through challenges, false accusations, difficult situations, or wicked plans against us. In such moments, what we need most is divine wisdom — the ability to respond correctly and act wisely. Therefore, we must continually seek God for wisdom and trust Him to guide our words, actions, and decisions daily. As we do so, He will rescue us from every trap, temptation, and scheme of the enemy.

PRAYERS:
* Father, thank You for giving me wisdom and the right words to overcome every plot and plan of the enemy, in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, in every opposition and challenge I face today, grant me the wisdom needed for victory and success in Jesus’ Name.
* Father, by Your wisdom, I silence every attack against my marriage, family, business, career, health, and every area of my life, in Jesus’ Name.

DECLARATIONS:
* I declare that God has given you wisdom and understanding that your adversaries can not resist or contradict, in Jesus’ Name.
* Every trap set against you today shall become an opportunity for testimony and divine promotion in Jesus’ Name.
* You are rescued and delivered from every wicked plot and scheme of the enemy, in Jesus’ Mighty Name, amen.

TOPIC: DIVINE RESCUE 1.

Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo

TEXT: ā€œHe reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me.ā€ (PSALM 18:16-17 NLT).

There are moments in life when only divine intervention can save a person. Human strength, connections, intelligence, and resources may fail, but God never fails His own. He is a God of rescue, deliverance, and preservation. Whenever His children cry out to Him, He responds with power and mercy.

In October 2020, a carefully planned rescue operation by U.S. Navy SEALs led to the freedom of an American citizen, Philip Walton, who had been kidnapped and held captive in northern Nigeria. The operation demonstrated the extent to which a nation can go to rescue one of its citizens. If earthly governments can make such sacrifices to save their own, how much more will our heavenly Father arise to rescue those who belong to Him?

David understood this reality deeply. Throughout his life, he experienced God’s mighty hand of deliverance repeatedly. From escaping the hands of King Saul to surviving dangerous battles and enemies stronger than himself, David continually testified of God’s faithfulness. He never forgot the goodness of God, and he often recorded God’s acts of deliverance as reminders for future generations.

At one point, Saul pursued David relentlessly, seeking every opportunity to destroy him. Spears were thrown at him, traps were set before him, and soldiers searched for him in the wilderness. Yet, despite the intensity of the attacks, David survived because God intervened. Reflecting on those experiences, David declared: ā€œHe reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me.ā€

Today, that same God is still in the business of rescuing His people. He has not changed, and He will never change. Whatever battle you may be facing, whatever arrows are being fired against you, and whatever traps have been arranged before you, God is able to deliver you from them all.

Perhaps the opposition against you appears stronger than your ability. Maybe certain situations around your health, family, finances, career, or destiny seem overwhelming. Remember that no enemy is stronger than God Almighty. The God who preserved David and eventually enthroned him as king will also preserve you and bring you into your place of victory and fulfilment.

Your enemies may be powerful, but God is all-powerful. Your challenges may be great, but God is greater. Therefore, the Lord will arise on your behalf, scatter every opposition, and bring you into safety, victory, and promotion in Jesus’ Name.

PRAYERS:

* Father, thank You for Your promise to rescue and deliver me from every evil. Glory be to Your Name in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, arise today and save me from every strong enemy fighting against my life and destiny in Jesus’ Name.
* Father, in every area where the enemy is attacking me — my health, family, marriage, finances, business, career, and destiny — let Your divine rescue locate me in Jesus’ Name.

DECLARATIONS:

* God will rescue you from every power and personality seeking your downfall in Jesus’ Name.
* The mercy and favour of God will speak for you continually in this season in Jesus’ Name.
* Every evil arrow fired against your life is broken, and you shall escape every danger in Jesus’ Name.
* Instead of shame and destruction, God will lift, promote, and establish you above your enemies in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

TOPIC: GOD IS PRESENT TO ANSWER.

Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo.

TEXT: ā€œAnd when the men of that place had knowledge of Him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto Him all that were diseased; and besought Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.ā€(MATTHEW 14:35-36 KJV).

God’s power is unlimited, His mercy is unsearchable, and His ways are beyond human understanding. He answers prayers in diverse ways and often honours the faith and expectations of His people. In our text today, the people recognized the presence of Jesus and approached Him with faith according to the desire of their hearts. They believed that simply touching the hem of His garment would bring healing, and their faith produced undeniable miracles.

The first remarkable thing was that they recognized His presence. Many people desire miracles but fail to realize that the miracle-working God is already near them. The key to experiencing the supernatural is the awareness of God’s presence. God is omnipresent—He is everywhere at all times. There is no situation beyond His reach and no distance that can separate us from His power. Right where you are today, God is present, ready to answer your prayers and meet your needs.

We also experience His presence through fellowship with other believers. Jesus said, ā€œFor where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.ā€(Matthew 18:20 KJV). Whenever believers gather in His Name, God is there to heal, restore, deliver, and bless. Therefore, never approach the house of God casually. Come with expectation, faith, and confidence that God is present to do wonders.

Furthermore, God is present in His Word. Jesus declared, ā€œThe words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.ā€ (John 6:63 KJV). Every time the Word of God is preached, taught, read, or declared, God is revealing Himself and releasing His power. His Word carries life, healing, direction, and transformation. When you receive the Word with faith, it produces results in your life.

Finally, the people presented their needs before Jesus and received their miracles. The Bible says, ā€œas many as touched were made perfectly whole.ā€ This shows that no one who truly connected with Him by faith went back empty-handed. Whatever your need may be today, God is able and willing to answer. If your faith can reach out to Him, your miracle can become a reality.

Beloved, never doubt the availability of God’s power. He is present to answer, ready to intervene, and willing to perfect all that concerns you.

PRAYERS:
* Father, thank You for the privilege of coming boldly into Your presence and receiving answers to prayers. Blessed be Your Name forever, in Jesus’ Name.
* Lord, I ask for your divine intervention in every area of my life today. Meet my needs and grant my heart desires in Jesus’ Name.
* By faith, I touch you today and receive healing, restoration, breakthroughs, and miracles, in Jesus’ Name.

DECLARATIONS:
* May the Lord answer your prayers and grant your requests according to His will, in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* Every burden weighing heavily upon your life shall be lifted today by the power of God, in Jesus’ Name, amen.
* Every affliction, delay, and challenge troubling your life and family comes to an end today, in Jesus’ Name, amen.

TOPIC: PROPHETIC DIVINE INTERVENTION.

Pastor. Dr. Moses Oluigbo.

TEXT: ā€œBut when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?ā€ (MATTHEW 14:30-31 KJV).

When Peter cried out to Jesus in the midst of the storm, the Lord responded immediately and rescued him from sinking. Jesus did not allow the storm to destroy Peter or make him a victim of shame and defeat. He stretched forth His mighty hand and delivered him from danger, fear, and destruction.

In the same way, today shall be your day of prophetic divine intervention in Jesus’ Name. God will not allow the plans of the enemy over your life to prevail. The helping hand of God shall locate you and bring you out of every satanic attack, affliction, delay, and oppression safely and victoriously.

I prophetically declare that divine help is coming to you speedily in Jesus’ Name. The Lord shall rescue you from every battle you can not fight on your own. You shall not go down, neither shall you be swallowed by the storms of life in Jesus’ Name.

I prophesy over your life: you shall not die but live to declare the goodness and mighty works of God. Every trap of death and destruction set against you is destroyed by fire in Jesus’ Name.

Every spirit of fear, discouragement, and confusion assigned to weaken your faith is arrested and cast out now in Jesus’ Name. Today, the Lord will arise on your behalf and grant you total deliverance.

Every demonic storm sent against you or your family is silenced now in Jesus’ Name. I declare peace over your life, peace over your family, and peace over all that concerns you.

Every ambush of the enemy against your progress, success, and breakthrough is exposed and scattered in Jesus’ Name.

By faith, I stretch forth my hand over your finances, and they are rescued from loss and hardship. I stretch forth my hand over your health, and you are healed and preserved. I stretch forth my hand over your marriage, family, and destiny, and they are delivered in Jesus’ Name.

Today, the Lord shall bring you into your place of safety, rest, and fulfilment. You shall arrive at your divine destination safely and gloriously. You will not be stopped halfway in life in Jesus’ Name.

I decree peace over your health, peace over your marriage, peace over your children, peace over your career, peace in your going out and your coming in, and peace over everything connected to you in Jesus’ Mighty Name, amen.

Surely, you shall testify of the goodness, mercy, and faithfulness of God in Jesus’ Name, amen.
