THEME: WHEN GOD SPEAKS

MEMORISE: And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Genesis 1:3

READ: Psalms 29:1-11
1 Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

2 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

3 The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

4 The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

5 The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

7 The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

8 The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

9 The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

10 The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

11 The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

MESSAGE
In today's memory verse, God said, "Let there be light" and there was light. When He commanded light into existence, He was declaring that darkness should disappear, sorrow should give way to joy, and stagnation should give way to promotion. God's word changes lives and situations. When His word comes to a fellow, that person will experience a great turnaround in every aspect of his or her life.

Psalm 29:4 says that God's voice is powerful and full of majesty. Every time God speaks, all beings in heaven and on earth tremble to do His bidding. Since we know how powerful God's voice is, we must be careful about what He says concerning us. We must be careful to ensure that He doesn't pronounce anything negative over us because it will surely come to pass. We must also ensure that He speaks blessings over us because when He does, they will be irreversible.

You might be asking, "How can I get God to speak irreversible blessings over me?" In Genesis 27:1-4, Isaac wanted to bless Esau, and to properly position him for the blessing, he told him to get his weapons and hunt for venison in the field. He also asked him to prepare it in a way that he loved so that after eating the meal, he would bless him. Jacob, however, pretended to be Esau, his brother, and tricked their father into giving him the blessing that was meant for Esau. Later on, when Isaac discovered he had erroneously blessed Jacob, he was unable to reverse the blessing (Genesis 27:33). Hebrews 12:17 tells us that Esau's protests and tears could not reverse what Jacob had received. Isaac wanted Esau to serve and please him before he could bless him. The same is true if you want God to bless you.

People who serve God wholeheartedly and please Him in their thoughts, words, and actions always receive His blessings. A fellow cannot keep doing what his or her father hates and expect to be blessed by him. He or she cannot continue displeasing him and disobeying his instructions and expect to be looked upon favorably by him.

Beloved, does your life please God? Do you shun sin and run away from the things He hates? Do you obey His instructions willingly and promptly? If your answer to all these questions is "Yes", then you can expect Him to constantly speak His blessings over you. He will always pronounce blessings over His children in whom He is well pleased.

PRAYER POINT
Father, please help me to live a life that pleases You always, so l can be properly positioned to receive Your irreversible blessings.

Changing me, and changing you.

2 Words of Life, words of Hope
Give us strength, help us cope
In this world, where e'er we roam
Ancient words will guide us Home.

3 Holy words of our Faith
Handed down to this age.
Came to us through sacrifice
Oh heed the faithful words of Christ.

4 Holy words long preserved
For our walk in this world.
They resound with God's own heart
Oh let the ancient words impart.

Some pictures from today's Teens and Youth Expression Sunday service : DEVELOPING YOUR SELF-ESTEEM.

Developing self-esteem means learning to value yourself, believe in your abilities, and see yourself the way God sees you. Healthy self-esteem helps young people make wise decisions, resist peer pressure, and pursue their purpose confidently.

Some practical ways teenagers and youths can develop healthy self-esteem:

1. *Know Your Identity in God*

Stop defining yourself by:

Physical appearance

Academic performance

Family background

Social media opinions

Past mistakes

God says you are valuable and wonderfully made.

Psalm 139:14: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

When you know who you are in God, confidence grows naturally.

2. *Stop Comparing Yourself With Others*

Comparison steals joy and confidence.

Many people only display their “best moments” online, so avoid measuring your life against others.

Remember:

Everyone grows differently.

Your journey is unique.

Your gifts are different.

Focus on becoming the best version of yourself.

3. *Speak Positively About Yourself*

Your words affect your mindset.

Avoid saying:

“I am a failure.”

“I can never succeed.”

“Nobody likes me.”

Instead, say:

“I can improve.”

“God has a purpose for me.”

“I can do all things through Christ.”

Positive confession builds confidence.

4. *Develop Your Skills and Talents*

Confidence increases when competence increases.

Learn and improve in areas like:

*Academics

*Public speaking

*Music

*Leadership

*Technology

*Sports

*Vocational skills

The more you grow, the more confident you become.

5. *Choose the Right Friends*

Friends influence how you see yourself.

Stay around people who:

*Encourage you

*Correct you positively

*Inspire growth

*Respect your values

Avoid friends who constantly mock, discourage, or pressure you into wrong behaviour.

1 Corinthians 15:33: “Evil communication corrupts good manners.”

6. *Accept Mistakes and Learn From Them*

Nobody is perfect.

Failure does not mean you are useless. Mistakes are opportunities to learn and grow.

Great people failed before succeeding.

Do not allow one bad experience to define your future.

7. *Take Care of Yourself*

Self-respect also includes:

*Good hygiene

*Dressing neatly

*Healthy eating

*Rest

*Exercise

Taking care of yourself improves confidence and emotional well-being.

8. *Spend Time With God*

Prayer, Bible study, and fellowship help you discover your true worth.

The closer you are to God, the more secure and confident you become.

True self-esteem is built from within, not from external validation.

*9. Set Small Goals and Achieve Them*

Start with achievable goals:

*Improve one subject

*Read one book

*Learn one skill

*Practice one talent

Every little success builds confidence.

10. *Avoid Negative Environments*

Constant criticism, bullying, and toxic environments can damage self-esteem.

Protect your mind from:

*Harmful content

*Negative influences

*Constant discouragement

Fill your mind with uplifting and positive things.

*Conclusion*

As a teenager, you can develop healthy self-esteem by:

*Knowing God

*Believing in your value

*Developing your abilities

*Avoiding unhealthy comparison

* Surround yourself with positive influences

Remember: You are not an accident.
You are created for purpose, greatness, and impact.

Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

THEME: MIND YOUR FOOTPRINTS III

MEMORISE: And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Hebrews 12:13

READ: Matthew 5:14-15
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

MESSAGE
Today, technology is advancing at an incredibly rapid rate. Technological innovations spring up every day, and people are scrambling to keep up. While it is essential for us as Christians to be at the cutting edge of what God is doing in our various industries and fields, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us as we navigate this digital age is much more crucial.

Beloved, no matter how fascinating a technological innovation might be, you must always remember that you are first a child of God and an ambassador of God's kingdom. Sadly, some Christians have lost their way in today's digital age. They have completely forgotten their identity, so they follow all kinds of trends, regardless of whether they align with God's values or not. For instance, many Christians post and share all sorts of content on social media just to get likes, shares, and followers. Such Christians leave unrighteous digital footprints and misrepresent the Lord. They allow unbelievers to blaspheme God's name because of their conduct and actions.

If you are a Christian, you are the light of the world, and you are a city set on a hill which cannot be hidden. This means that whatever you do will be seen by many people. Therefore, your digital footprint, including everything you post on the internet, will reach the devices of millions of people across the world. Social media, for example, is one technological innovation that can be used to shine your light to many people around the world. With social media, you have an easy opportunity to be a global evangelist for God's kingdom; therefore, you must maximize it and not misuse the opportunity it presents by posting ungodly content on your social media platforms. Do not put your candle under a bushel of worldliness and carelessness.Despite the speed of technological advancement today, you have been called to represent Christ wherever you are and with everything you have.

Another advantage of maximizing your digital footprint to shine the light of God's kingdom is that digital footprints outlive people. For example, the late Bishop Benson Idahosa has been dead for many years, but we can still find many of his teachings online. Beloved, what will your digital footprint look like when you have finished your assignment here on earth? I pray that you will always glorify God with your use of technology and in everything you do, in Jesus' name.

KEY POINT
Let your digital footprint reflect the light of God.

Pilgrim through this barren land;
I am weak, but Thou art mighty,
Hold me with Thy powerful hand:
Bread of heaven! Bread of heaven!
Feed me now and evermore (2ce)

Whence the healing stream doth flow:
Let the fiery, cloudy pillar
Lead me all my journey through:
Strong deliverer! strong deliverer!
Be Thou still my strength and shield (2ce)

Bid my anxious fears subside:
Bear me through the swelling torrent,
Land me safe on Canaan's side:
Songs of praises! songs of praises!
I will ever give to Thee (2ce)

Long to dwell with Thee above;

MEMORISE: A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. Proverbs 13:22

READ: Matthew 7:16-20
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

MESSAGE
If a fellow constantly takes the wrong steps in life, there is a high tendency that his or her children will do the same. However, if the fellow takes good steps in life by making the right decisions, his or her children will also have a greater chance of taking good steps in life. This is because children naturally follow their parents' footprints.

For example, in society today, there are many men who, despite hating their fathers for beating their mothers, have become wife-beaters themselves. This is because the moment their fathers opened themselves up to the spirit behind that violent and evil act, they allowed that spirit to have access to their sons also. Years ago, a single mother asked my wife to speak to her daughters to stop engaging in illicit relationships with men. When my wife started speaking to the girls, one of them said, "Please, counsel our mother to also stop bringing all sorts of men to the house." The daughters were only taking after their mother, and they knew that as long as she continued in that behaviour, it would be difficult for them to stop.

If you want to be a good parent, decide today to leave a good legacy for your children to follow. Don't become a bad example to them; rather, determine to be the kind of parent they can look up to and emulate. Some parents think they can do certain things in secret without their children knowing, but believe me, children know far more than people think they know. They can sense many things that are going on around them.

Sometimes, children inherit certain traits from their parents even before they are born. For example, in Genesis 20:2, Abraham lied to Abimelech that Sarah was his sister. Several years later, Isaac, who had not yet been born when Abraham lied to Abimelech, repeated the same lie (Genesis 26:7). Isaac's son, Jacob, continued the pattern of deception when he stole his brother's blessing by lying to his father (Genesis 27:1-29), while Jacob's sons conspired to deceive their father about what happened to Joseph, their brother (Genesis 37:31-33).

Beloved, don't cultivate unhealthy patterns and habits because your children will be in line to inherit them from you, and unless God intervenes, such negative patterns will continue from generation to generation. Determine today to leave footprints of godliness and righteousness that your children can follow. I pray that the Almighty God will help you as you commit to this, in Jesus' name.

REFLECTION
What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind for your children?

HYMN 24: I WANT TO BE LIKE JESUS

1. I want to be like Jesus,
So lowly and so meek;
For no one marked an angry word,
That ever heard Him speak.

2. I want to be like Jesus,
So frequently in prayer;
Alone upon the mountain top,
He met his Father there.

3. I want to be like Jesus,
I never, never find
That He, though persecuted was
To any one unkind.

4. I want to be like Jesus,
Engaged in doing good;
So that of me it may be said
"He hath done what he could."

5. I want to be like Jesus,
Who sweetly said to all,
"Let little children come to Me;"
I would obey the call.

6. But oh I'm not like Jesus,
As any one may see;
O gentle Saviour, send Thy grace,
And make me like to Thee.

*VISION 2032: MAY 2026*

DIGGING DEEP:
TUESDAY 12/03/2026

THEME: GREATER HARVEST

TOPIC: THE MINDSET OF A GREATER HARVESTER

Theme: “No Rest, No Limits: The Mindset of a Greater Harvester ”

BIBLE TEXT: Phi. 3:12–16; Pro. 4:18

INTRODUCTION
Harvest in the Kingdom of God is never accidental —it begins in the mind before it appears in the field.
Long before souls are won, churches planted, or territories transformed, there is a renewal of thinking and alignment with divine purpose.
In Philippians 3, the Apostle Paul reveals this inner engine: though greatly used by God, he refused complacency.
His mindset was shaped not by past achievements, but by what still remained in God’s agenda. This reveals a critical truth—harvest limitation is first a mindset problem before it becomes a field problem.

In this prophetic season of Vision 2032, the call for unprecedented soul-winning and intentional follow-up demands more than strategy —it demands transformed minds. A church may have programs and manpower, yet without a harvester’s mindset, results will remain shallow.
This study is therefore transformational: provoking us to check our motives and mindset.

THE INNER FRAMEWORK OF A GREATER HARVESTER

1. A “Never Arrived” Mentality (Phil. 3:12)

Paul boldly declared, “Not as though I had already attained…” —a shocking confession from a man of extraordinary spiritual exploits.

This reveals the foundational DNA of every true harvester:

• They are not intoxicated by past success

• They are not distracted by present applause

• They are driven by future assignments.

Jesus modeled this same mindset:

• “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work” (Jn. 5:17)

• “I must work the works of Him that sent me while it is day” (Jn. 9:4)

A harvester who thinks he has arrived has already begun to decline.

In Vision 2032, we must kill every sense of arrival —because arrival is the graveyard of revival.

2. An Ever-Progressing Mindset (Phil. 3:13; Prov. 4:18)
“Reaching forth unto those things which are before…”

The harvester understands a vital kingdom principle: Every harvest is a seed for the next harvest.
If it is not increasing, it is decreasing; If it is not advancing, it is decaying.

In the context of Vision 2032, stagnation is not neutral—it is regression.
The mandate is a continuous, measurable, and visible advancement in soul-winning and follow-up structures.

3. A Vision-Accomplishing Mindset (Phil. 3:14)
“I press toward the mark…”

Paul was not running aimlessly—he was pressing toward a defined mark.

Likewise, Vision 2032 is not a slogan; it is a divine target.

A true harvester:
• Is vision-driven, not activity-driven Explosive Growth Drive

• Measures life by assignment completion, not comfort accumulation

• Aligns daily actions with long-term kingdom goals

Until Vision 2032 is fulfilled in your territory, your family, your unit, and your church, you must keep pressing.

4. A Mindset That Rejects Comfort-Centered Living (Acts 20:24) Paul declared:

“None of these things move me…”

Comfort is the silent killer of evangelistic fire. Many believers today subconsciously prioritize: Personal peace over kingdom expansion; Convenience over commitment; Stability over sacrifice.

For Vision 2032 to become a reality:
• Evangelism must become inconvenient again

• Follow-up must become intentional again

• Sacrifice must become normal again

5. A Mindset of Responsibility Over Excuses (Pro. 22:13)

“The slothful man saith, There is a lion without…”

Excuses are the language of unproductive harvesters:

• “The economy is hard.”

• “People are not responding.”

• “The environment is unsafe.” While these challenges are real, they must not become limitations.

A true harvester:

• Sees obstacles as opportunities

• Adapts strategies without abandoning the mission.

• Moves despite discomfort In times of economic hardship (as seen in our nation today), hearts are actually more open. A crisis often creates spiritual hunger.

This is not a time to retreat—it is a time to advance strategically.

CONCLUSION
The difference between a struggling church and a multiplying church is not merely resources, location, or even opportunity —it is mindset.

Paul’s life stands as an eternal witness that those who refuse to settle for yesterday’s results will step into tomorrow’s abundance.

The call of God in this season is not for spectators, but for laborers who are mentally, spiritually, and practically aligned with divine harvest priorities.

Vision 2032 is a divine summons to rise beyond limitation, beyond excuses, and beyond comfort into aggressive evangelism and sustained follow-up.

The harvest before us
—especially in this time of economic hardship, social uncertainty, and moral confusion
—is ripe and waiting.
But only those with the right mindset will reap it.

Therefore, let your thinking be stretched, your passion be reignited, and your commitment be renewed. Refuse to arrive. Refuse to retreat.
Refuse to reduce the vision. Press forward —until the fields are filled, the souls are established, our churches filled, and the harvest exceeds anything seen before.

DATE: TUE, MAY 12, 2026

TOPIC: THE NAME OF JESUS

MEMORISE:
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. - (Acts 4:12)

READ: Philippians 2:9-11 (KJV)

MESSAGE:
Many years ago, my driver and I were travelling from Ibadan to Ilorin, a city in the North Central region of Nigeria. There was a narrow bridge along the way, and only one on it at a time. Therefore, drivers had to wait for any vehicles that were coming from the opposite direction of the bridge to pass through before they could get on the bridge. When we reached the foot of the bridge, we observed that no vehicle was coming from the opposite direction; therefore, we got on the bridge and began to drive to the other side. When we were halfway across the bridge, we suddenly saw that a truck was coming from the opposite direction at top speed. We had only two choices: we could either collide with the oncoming truck or swerve and plunge into the river under the bridge. There was no time to pray, but there was enough time to shout the name of Jesus. We eventually met the truck in the middle of the bridge, and somehow, we passed beside it and drove safely to the other side. My driver was so shaken that he immediately parked the car when we crossed over. When he regained his composure, he turned to me and asked what had just happened, and I told him that God enlarged the bridge for us.

The name of Jesus is powerful; it guarantees deliverance (Mark 16:17), freedom (John 8:36), promotion (John 12:32), rest (Matt 11:28-30), satisfaction (John 7:37-39), answers to prayer (John 14:14), and victory (1 Corinthians 15:57). Philippians 2:9 also tells us that His name is above every name. This means that everything that has a name is subject to the name of Jesus. If there is any ailment that has been plaguing you, as long as it has a name, it is inferior to the name of Jesus because at His name, every knee bows (Philippians 2:10).

Beloved, Jesus has given you the authority to use His name (John 16:23-24). This means that you have the ability to control situations and align them to God's will for your life. Never despair when you are faced with negative situations; instead, proclaim the name of Jesus boldly, and you will surely emerge victorious. I pray that the power in the name of of Jesus will destroy every plan of the devil concerning you and your household. Henceforth, you will walk in victory at all times, in Jesus' name.

KEY POINT:
The name of Jesus is superior to every other name.
