NASFAT Applauds Nigerian Government for Successful Rescue of Abducted Oyo Pupils and Teachers

The pace-setting global Islamic society, Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), has applauded the Federal Government of Nigeria and the nation's security agencies for the successful rescue of the pupils and teachers who were abducted in Oyo State.

The President of NASFAT, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, described the operation as a remarkable achievement that reflects the intelligence, professionalism, and strategic planning of the Nigerian security agencies.

According to him, the successful rescue demonstrates the commitment of the Federal Government to safeguarding the lives of citizens, especially schoolchildren and education workers. He noted that the outcome would strengthen public confidence in the capacity of security agencies to respond effectively to security challenges across the country.

Also speaking on the development, the National Education Secretary of NASFAT, Alhaja Nurat Jolaoso, stated that the rescue would remain a major confidence booster for education stakeholders in Nigeria, parents, teachers, and students.

She emphasized that the safety and security of learners are critical to the growth and development of the nation's education sector. She expressed hope that the successful operation would encourage parents to continue supporting their children's education without fear.

Meanwhile, the Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Imam Morufdeen AbdulAzeez Onike, offered prayers for the rescued pupils and teachers, asking Almighty Allah to grant them complete healing, protection, and comfort after their ordeal.

He also prayed for continued wisdom, strength, and divine guidance for the nation's leaders and security personnel in their efforts to maintain peace, security, and stability across Nigeria.

NASFAT reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote quality education, national unity, and the protection of lives and property. The Society further urged all stakeholders to continue collaborating in the pursuit of a safer and more secure environment for learning and development.

An angry heart is like a pot left boiling without a lid.
As the heat increases, the contents spill over and create a mess. Similarly, when anger is not controlled, it spills over into our words and actions, hurting ourselves and others.
