7 TESTS OF TRUE LOVE:
✅Anything that is Original, can be Faked.
There is fake Love, Fake prophets, Fake conversion, Fake Life,
✅The 700 wives + 300 concubines/sidechicks of Solomon loved his Power, Wisdom, and Wealth but not him as a person and they deariled him away from God & purpose. True Love will make you better person not destroy your life.
1 Kings 11:1-7

d. Star power (Fame/Celebrity/Talented).

🔥9 TESTS OF TRUE LOVE:
📌1. GIVING TEST (SACRIFICE):
John 3:16, John 15:13, Song 8:7
✅True Love gives.
✅You can give without Loving, but you can't love without giving.
✅A healthy relationship has both partner giving to each other.
3 Pathways of marriage:
•2 selfish people in marriage (the marriage is dead before it started).
•one selfish and one s
Giver (after a while, the one always giving will wear out).
•2 selfless Givers (This creates Simbiotic/mutually beneficial relationship/marriage).
✅Our Love life with God can be accessed by our giving to Him, same way his Love for us was demonstrated by his sacrifice/death on our behalf. Matthew 6:21 verus John 3:16.
📌2. QUARREL TEST (FORGIVENESS TEST):
Psalm 103:1-3 God Forgives ALL our iniquities.
Proverbs 10:12 "Love covers all Sins".
1 Peter 4:8 "Love covers multitude of sins".
✅True Love forgives.
✅True Love is tested by Quarrels & ability to forgive one another.
✅A man/woman that has stayed with you in relationship or marriage is a man/woman that has forgiven you many times.
✅If you cannot forgive, stay single. If not you will kill someone one day, due to build up unforgiveness.
📌3. ENDURANCE TEST (PATIENCE/TIME TEST):
1 Cor 13:1-
✅True Love endures till the end.
✅True Love is Patient, allowing room for the other person to Grow.
📌4. LOYALTY/COMMITMENT TEST (FIDELITY TEST):
✍🏾Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters at a time".
✅Friendship with world is enmity to God".
✅Thou shall have no other God and no other man/woman:
📌5. CRISIS TEST (FIRE/TRIAL TEST):
✅Love is tested on how you behave towards your partner if they are going through crisis eg financial crisis, health crisis, childbirth crisis, etc.
✅True Love walks in on you when others walk out of you.
✅ Jonathan (David's friend), overheard the assassination plan for David when David was now in the crisis season, but Jonathan stood by David helping him escape.
✅Proverbs 17:17 "A friend loves at all times, but a brother is born for adversity"
✅All Disciples of Jesus ran away except Peter and John when Jesus was arrested. He later handed over Leadership of the Church to Peter & John to be Apostle of Revival in Revelations.
Luke 22:28-30; 2 Tim 2:12
✅The Armour bearer of Elijah deserted him when he was going through Crisis/Death threat of Jezebel.
📌6. JEALOUSY TEST:
✅There is a healthy Jealousy (Possessiveness) for someone you truly Love. This is different from envy.
✅Even God is Jealous over us as his children and does not want us to go after other gods.
Exod 34.14 "For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
✅Thou shall have no other God but the Lord.
📌7. SERVICE TEST (SUPPORT TEST):
✅True Love Looks out for the Good of the other person.
✅Marriage is for two people ready to serve one another.
✅Anyone that loves you: wants you to grow and anything within their power they will do it for you to Grow.
FOR MEN:
📌8. HONOUR/ADMIRATION TEST (RESPECT):
John 14:15 if you love me, keep my commandments.
✅Out of the 7 Emotional need of a man, Respect/Honour comes first.
✅Is she proud of you or is she managing you?
FOR WOMEN:
📌9. LISTENING EAR TEST (VALUE FOR YOUR OPINION):
✅God is a God that Hears and answers prayers, even though not ALL our Prayers but the good ones in accordance to His Will.
✅Your man must be one who gives you listening ears.
