2. It enables you to withstand temptations.
3. It builds better relationships.

- Leadership is influence, not force.
- The best form of leadership is self-leadership; do not attempt to lead others before leading yourself.
- Christian Leadership is SERVANTHOOD; the heart of leadership is serving others. (Matt. 20:26)
- Just because you have the title of a leader doesn't one you one; the greatest reflection on being a true leader is whether or not they are influencing anyone.
- Authority is very necessary for Leadership; use it to serve. Live under the authority of those over you.
- There are several leadership styles; but you have to know the people you are leading and at every time, depending on the situation apply the different leadership styles.
- Transformational Leadership works to change or transform the needs of the ministry and direct or redirect people's thinking.
