LETTER OF TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT REVERSED TO PROMOTION LETTER
At the end of 2014, the organization where I worked compiled names of staff for termination of appointment and promotion. Unknown to me, my name was included in the list of those whose appointment would be terminated.
Earlier in 2014, I had an issue with my boss who wanted me to take some decisions that were not in line with management policy. I stood my ground and refused to yield to his request. He threatened me continuously emphasizing always that he had the power to decide my fate in the company. During the first week of the 21 day of Prayer and Fasting, I received a call from the Head Office of the organization where I work. I was informed during the management meeting where termination and promotion letters were to be signed for my case and that of another staff came up and they began to ask why our appointments were to be terminated. The meeting was extended by an additional 7 hours as a result of the argument that came up during the meeting.
To the glory of God, the letter of termination of appointment was reversed to letter of promotion. Indeed I serve a God who has the final say. SIS. A. O.
