What an awesome Sunday in God’s presence! 🙌🏽❤️

From powerful worship to Talking the word,

it was truly a beautiful time in God’s presence.

We came, we worshipped, we were refreshed, and we left transformed!

PROPHECY THAT POINTS TO CHRIST

Devotional Thought

Spiritual encounters are investments in our walk with God. Prophecy is one of the gifts God gives for the benefit of others, but it must always point people back to Christ.

According to 1 Corinthians 14:3, prophecy should bring edification, exhortation and comfort. Therefore, not every spiritual impression, thought or statement should automatically be called a prophecy.

The ultimate test is: What is this pointing people toward?

Revelation 19:10 tells us that “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” True prophecy should reflect the character, nature and essence of Jesus. It should not draw attention away from Him or encourage people to depend solely on a person’s words.

We must also remember that spiritual gifts and spiritual fruit are different. Gifts are given to serve others, while the fruit of the Spirit develops our character. It is possible to operate in a gift and still neglect the character God wants to build in us.

Reflection:
Am I more interested in having spiritual gifts, or in becoming more like Christ?

Prayer:
Lord, help me to desire spiritual gifts while pursuing the character of Christ. Let every word I speak point people toward You, edify them, exhort them and comfort them. Amen.

Takeaway:

The gift may bless others, but the fruit reveals who you are becoming.

You must have this consciousness that everything that comes in contact with you comes alive because you are born of the incorruptible seed that abides forever.

Ma, your life is a beautiful reflection of God’s goodness. Your kindness, prayers, humility, and unwavering support have blessed so many lives and continue to inspire us. You carry so much with grace, and we are truly grateful for the blessing you are to the church family.

Thank you for gracing Shift of the Spirit Conference 2026 with your presence. Thank you for ministering to us in word and in Prayers. The word and prophecy came with so much clarity and we will keep birthing it in prayer till it’s manifestation.

We pray for a fresh wave of grace over your life and ministry ; God enlarges your territory, confirms your word with signs following, and keeps you ever sensitive to His voice.
