Dear sister, Don't worry, even if you have your period on the Day of Arafah, you can still do a lot of ibadah. Make lots of dua, do dhikr like:
SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu akbar, la ila illa Allah, Astaghfirullah.

Recite this dua on the Day of Arafah abundantly.. it's one of the best duas to say on this blessed day:

ู„ูŽุง ุฅูู„ูŽู‡ ุฅูู„ู‘ูŽุง ุงู„ู„ู‘ูŽู‡ู ูˆูŽุญู’ุฏูŽู‡ู ู„ูŽุง ุดูŽุฑููŠูƒูŽ ู„ูŽู‡ ู„ูŽู‡ ุงู„ู’ู…ูŽู„ูŽูƒู ูˆูŽู„ูŽู‡ ุงู„ุญูŽู…ู’ุฏูŽ ูˆูŽู‡ููˆูŽ ุนูŽู„ูŽู‰ ูƒูŽู„ูŽ ุดูŽูŠู’ุกู ู‚ูŽุฏููŠุฉ

(la ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lahu lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli sha'in qadir.)

Keep your Tongue busy with these dhikr.
Give charity even if It's small. Also listen to
Quran, send salawat upon Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and make sincere tawbah. Allah sees your intention and rewards you for it.
