1. Time of refreshing is a time that God shows mercy.
2. It's a time you have all that your heart desires.
3. God shows you love - ps. 89:33
4. Time of rest - Isaiah 28:12
5. Time shows wonder -ps. 89:5
What births Refreshing? - Acts 3:19
*"Refreshing cannot come in the midst of sins" - Bro Biyi Akintoye*

When refreshed the followings happen:

You're Strengthened
You're Hopeful

Who needs to be refreshed:
1. Those that are weary
2. People that are ready to speak - job 20:40
3. People who are ready for friendship with God - Acts 27:3
4. People who are ready to come 1kings 13:7
God understand and make provisions for us to be refreshed. Exo. 31:17
