Service yesterday was such a powerful experience.💪 Have you ever wondered what our heritage as believers is? Look no further. Here 👇

¶ Faith! Yes, that's our heritage! The same faith GOD has is the same faith we have now! Hallelujah!

¶ Faith is a gift we receive at salvation. We don't buy it. We don't improve on it.

¶ The word of faith is the message of the gospel – Jesus died, He was buried, He rose up the third day – to save you and me.

¶ Faith is a law. It works for whosoever uses it. And Faith begins where the will of GOD is known. The will of GOD is His word.

Here's how to put your faith to work:
📌 Know GOD's will. His will is revealed in His word.

📌 Believe in the ability and willingness of GOD to move in Your situation.

📌 Speak GOD's word. Speaking is faith's initial and dominant act.

📌 Take corresponding actions of faith.

You know the thing with growth – if you do nothing about growing up, you don't grow up. And anything that doesn't grow wanes and fades. But that's not us!

Let me share some tips on how to grow up – Yes, we learnt these on Sunday.💪

¶ First thing, be planted in a local church.

¶ The leading of GOD is safest in the church. It saves you from errors.

¶ You grow well spiritually when your pastor feeds you. He is your shepherd.

¶ Your past mistakes don't count. GOD is doing in your future much more than what satan did in your past.

¶ What you feed on grows you. To grow, we have to feed on the word.

¶ Repetition is the life of truth. It is:
📌 The tool for growth
📌 It brings establishment
📌It is for safety.

Powerful, isn't it? We'd be glad to meet you on a service day.😊

Do you know that the local church is entirely GOD's idea? Service yesterday was a huge blessing. See what we learnt:

¶ Christ is the foundation of the local church and we are the planting of the Lord.

¶ Your feeding comes where you're planted. A tree that's not planted will wither.

¶ When you're planted, you keep feeding. When you keep feeding, growth happens.

¶ The local church is a family, and families stay together. You cannot do life in isolation. Salvation changes your nature, name, and your DNA.

¶ Every sheep must belong to a sheepfold, or else they are exposed to danger. The church is the sheepfold and Jesus is the Chief Shepherd.

¶ Everything you need for life and living is in the local church. There the Chief Shepherd (Jesus), feeds, leads and keeps you safe through His Under-Shepherd (your Pastor).

We belong to the family of GOD! Planted and established. Glory!

WE ARE KERUSSO

Kerusso - A preacher of the Word.
At the end of this excerpts from yesterday's teaching, you'll agree with us that YOU are Kerusso too.

1. Salvation is a free gift of GOD.

2. What saves men is the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. There must be someone who proclaims this gospel.

3. As believers, we have been ordained to preach this Gospel.

4. The message of the gospel is not to highlight people's sins. The message of the gospel points people to the saving power of the gospel.

5. Jesus is the message and we have a mandate to reach out to the world.

6. Because God's constant disposition is that men are saved, we cannot relent in preaching. Nobody is too far gone to be saved.

7. Now, God didn't send you to preach unaided. He has equipped you with His Spirit.

This week, be a Kerusso. Preach the Gospel to at least one person. Fulfill your mandate.
