Arriving Wakajaye during the last Rural Rugged, I was met with children with cracked lips and so I thought, kids always playing even if it means getting a cut. Few minutes after, I ran into a group of aged women with worn-out dresses and bare feet, then it made sense...
The whole anthem made sense, if it’s not rural, it’s not rugged.
In that moment, it became more than a phrase. It became a reality sitting in front of me.
With every batch, the Federal Government releases young corps members, our “Jesus Corps members,” sent into communities where the light of the Gospel is still breaking ground. What was once called prophecy is quietly unfolding into reality.
But beyond the physical reality, there is something deeper stirring.
“Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field…” Isaiah 32:15
This is The Outpouring.
Not just a theme, but a divine move. A spiritual release that turns dryness into fruitfulness, and forgotten places into fields of revival.
This is why the NCCF Osun State Chapter is calling for your support for the 2026 second edition of the Rural Rugged outreach, themed “The Outpouring.”
Heaven has already released the promise. The Spirit has already been poured. Now we must step into alignment with it on the earth.
We are asking you to stand with us through relief materials, financial support, and prayers. Not as mere assistance, but as participation in what God is already doing.
Because this is not just rugged.
This is not just rural.
This is The Outpouring.
