Message Topic: Offering God An Authentic Service.
Anchor Scripture: Gen.8:20-22..
Introduction:
There can be no true manifestation in life without a great service and dedication to God. Our services offered are weighed for reward accordingly. It therefore, shows that the weight of a man's service unto God determines the weight of the manifestation. We are to offer an authentic services void of obstruction, for whatever obstructs us from offering an authentic services unto God directly obstructs us from receiving an authentic rewards from Him.
We are to understand that God has a lane in which He passes through to meet our needs. The lane here, is our services unto God.
Things To Note About Service.
(1) Not every service in the vineyard is acceptable unto God.- Exo.23:25. When there is a service offered, the Hand that blesses, is as such, invoked for a blessing.
(2) God weighs service before He accepts.- 1Cor.3:12-14, Exo.25:1-3. Reward, however, is in view when our services have been weighed.
(3) No authentic service or labour in the vineyard can go unrewarded. -1Cor.15:58; Gen.8:20-22; 9:1. When our services meet God's standard, only then can we experience His reward and blessing.- 1Chron.20:12.
The Marks Of Authentic Services To God .
(1) When it is done voluntarily, and not out of compulsion. 2Cor.8:12; 1Chron.29:5-9.
(2) When it is borne out of sense of responsibility.- Lk.2:49..
(3) When it is done primarily for divine approval and not for human applause. -Gal.1:10; 1Thess.2:4-6.
Prayer: The Grace to offer an authentic services willingly to You oh God, I pray it upon my life in Jesus Name....Amen.
