Sometimes you need to stand in front of a mirror and appreciate yourself my dear. If don’t have any go to any boutique pretend you want to buy cloth. If you don’t know what to say, just start with: I am beautiful, Elegent, courageous, wise, Intelligent, humble. Even if you are not; just pretend then go home and work on yourself so that people will tell you the same.
