10 Possible Things Believers Can Do To Remain Courageous And Light To World Amidst The Economic Hardships:
1. Always be in fellowship with the other brethren who are sincere and sensitive to others aspirations and conditions per time; it will always have a unique way of inspiring you in many ways
2. Endeavour to put to Practice the words of God you know that will lift your spirit; it's a time to stir our faith in God indeed
3. Minimise your compline, or murmuring concerning the burning situation; of course it's natural to do that but let our dependency on God take the centre stage of our heart.
4. Adjust your spendings; cut costs as much as possible especially on luxury things.
5. Possibly increase your streams of income, or strengthen the existing one or ones; be stronger, and wiser in productivity.
6. Wisely and humbly seek and pray for the understanding, and cooperation of your spouse, children, your landlord, and even your creditors if any in managing the little that is available to you at a time like this.
7. Learn never to be troubled and overwhelmed by what you don't have the money to execute, e.g. house rent, school fees, etc.; just pray and commit it to God; else it will make you sick and dejected.
8. Always draw a daily scale of preference so as to wisely know what to give priority to in your daily spendings.
9. Don't desist from asking for help or aid from others as such need arises no matter how small especially if you're a family person; remember it goes to show how humble one could be, and by the way that's one of the key reasons we are in fellowship with the other Brethren in the fold.
10. Ensure that you're joyful and happy even in the midst of the lack; believers can always exhibit this: that way the world will see and know that we are truly not engrossed nor desperate for the earthly values: consequent upon which they will be impelled to seek for our God; it is indeed a time to tactically win souls to the Lord.
Surely, for us who are in Christ in this trying time we should comfort ourselves by fact that there is always an end to every matter; and that whatever that has a beginning must also have an end afterward. God indeed is with us!
