"Recently, when I was going to bed after using my bathroom, I started hearing the sound of drops of water from the tap in slow successions, but since it was dropping into an empty bucket, I decided to let it be.

But, alas! When I woke up the next morning, around 5am, the bucket was almost full! I was surprised that just drops even in such slow successions could produce that much. I couldn't help it, 'Just drops?' I questioned rhetorically.

But the following night, I made sure that the tap in my bathroom was locked completely and I checked the bucket and saw that it was empty, though wet. Then I went to sleep.

I guess you already know what I saw the next morning. The bucket was not as wet as I had left it, but it was now dry!

Then I realised the importance of a drop and how much difference it can make in all ramifications of one's life compared to a dry tap.

Imagine letting the drops be for a year, I would be scooping with drums at the end of the year!

So, how about that drop in savings?

How about that drop of kindness and love everyday?

How about a drop in reading useful books today and every day?

How about that drop of a verse of the Bible or Quran today and every day?

How about that drop of prayer today and every day?

How about a drop of worship today and every day?

How about a drop of step towards your God-given dream today and every day?

How about a drop of giving into your heavenly account?

What virtue and discipline will you start today in little drops?

As we began a new year yesterday, never neglect the importance of a drop, for when the harvest time comes, you would have made a big difference.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE STUDENTS REUNION 2017

It is no longer news that Acm students on the Niger is organising her first reunion, but many are still ignorant and unaware about the proposed reunion and I have decided to write to us to educate us on what the reunion is all about and what to expect during the epoch event.

1.Why the Reunion? Acm is a ministry that has raised a lot of lives and has produced men and women in different walks of life. But one thing that has lacked is continuity ,in the sense that once they leave this environ,they lose contact with the ministry, so the major aim of the reunion is to awaken the relationship between those who are within the diocese and in the diaspora...hence ,we want to gather our graduate brethren who passed through this ministry. 2. Do you mean that the reunion is for graduates only? Not really, its not just for graduates, undergraduates, businessmen,traders are invited but much emphasis is really placed on the graduate brethren, please the reunion is not for students who are still in secondary school!.
3. When is the reunion and the venue?
The reunion will kick off on Friday evening 3rd November and will end on Sunday 5th November with a Thanksgiving service, the venue of the reunion is Youth and Social event centre,st andrews odoakpu.
4. Any side attractions?
Yes,there are lots of them...we will be unveiling our first magazine during the reunion, we will inducting and awarding the first set of Acm students senior friends and then the Diocese dinner night!
5. Dinner night? Tell me more about the dinner night
OK, its the first of its kind, we are expecting our married brethren both students, businessmen and elders to join us on Saturday night for the grand finale, we plan it to be an English dinner night, which will feature drama and song performances. Its open for the married, engaged, single brethren amongst us.

6. Wow! Is the dinner night for free?
No, you can only be allowed into the dinner venue with your dinner ticket which will be sold for 1000 naira for singles and 1500 for couples (what I mean is that if you are coming alone to the dinner, you will buy a ticket for singles but if you are coming with your wife,fiancee or dinner date, you buy a ticket for couples) let me also note that if you have registered for the reunion, you won't pay again for the dinner night except if you are coming to the dinner with someone who has not registered.

7.Do you mean there is a registration fee for the reunion? Yes, the registration fee for the reunion is 1000 naira which includes a dinner ticket for you alone. Interesting.. Isn't it?
8. Can I invite people for the reunion? Yes, you can invite people especially those who passed through Acm diocese on the Niger and is in school or through with school and now resides in other states within and outside the country.

9.Anything else I need to know? Yes, but this one is mainly for the graduates and undergraduates who want to feature in our prestigious magazine and also business firms and companies that want to advertise their business and products in our magazine can call this number 07063018927 as soon as possible to get a space,it doesn't happen always.
Finally I wish to make it clear that we will listen to anybody who wants to partner with us in any area concerning this event, whether financially and in the area of event planning. We are moving higher, there is no stopping us.
