FOUR (4) SOULS ADDED TO SDA CHURCH, EMEYAL
The Nigeria Mass Evangelism Campaign tagged “Christ the Answer” recorded a remarkable success at SDA Church, Emeyal, in Ogbia District. Indeed, it was a spiritually uplifting and soul-winning experience, marked by dedication, divine guidance, and visible fruits of labor.
The campaign series was led by the guest preacher, Evangelist Kelvin Eberechukwu Ehiogu, who also serves as the BAC Treasurer. Through Spirit-filled messages, heartfelt appeals, and consistent engagement with the community, lives were touched, and decisions were made for Christ.
A significant highlight of the campaign was the presence of Pastor Kingsley Chinkaa Sampson, the Evangelism Director, who joined the church during worship service. In his charge to the congregation, he emphasized the urgency of the gospel mission and encouraged steadfastness in faith and commitment to soul-winning.
During the special divine service, Evangelist Ehiogu, who led out powerfully, also took time to encourage the baptismal candidates in their new journey of faith. He emphasized the importance of spiritual endurance, love, and unity within the body of Christ. He admonished them to forbear one another in love, reminding the church that we are all unfinished projects in God’s hands, and that in His own time, God will perfect all that concerns us. His message deeply inspired both the candidates and the entire congregation.
During the service, three baptismal candidates: Goodness Godfrey, PraiseGod Godfrey, and Abe Finge were formally presented before the church. Pastor Kingsley led the congregation in a solemn moment of affirmation and spiritual preparation, urging the candidates to remain faithful in their new walk with Christ.
In addition, the church joyfully witnessed the acceptance of Mr. Akpabio Brown, who was officially voted into membership through profession of faith, further adding to the harvest of souls.
With hearts full of joy and gratitude, the entire church accompanied the candidates to the river for the baptismal ceremony. It was a moment of deep spiritual significance as Pastor Kingsley Chinkaa Sampson officiated the baptism, symbolizing the candidates’ death to sin and resurrection into a new life in Christ.
Following the baptism, the newly baptized members and the new member by profession of faith were warmly received into the church family. The atmosphere was filled with praise, thanksgiving, and celebration, as members rejoiced over the growth of the kingdom.
Indeed, this evangelistic effort has reaffirmed that Christ remains the Answer, and when His message is faithfully proclaimed, hearts are won, and lives are transformed.
To God be all the glory for this great harvest of souls!
