A man prayed for spiritual power and anointing. He bought books on how to work in the supernatural and how to flow in the supernatural, including dry fasting (without food and water) but all to no avail. Then one day, he prayed that God should show him the secret of the barriers to why heaven had refused to use him. In the Dispensational truth, we understand that believers today are not promised ease, but are equipped with grace to endure (2 Corinthians 12:9). Worship is not emotional reaction—it is spiritual recognition of God’s worth, regardless of situation.
