I have officially assumed the responsibility of the Chaplaincy of Signature Bank, Anambra State Branch; a thriving new-generation bank founded by the dynamic Governor of my dear state, Abia, His Excellency, Governor Alex Chioma Otti, and an institution that places a premium on professionalism, excellence, and purposeful service.
Being requested by the ebullient and resilient Branch Manager to bring pastoral wisdom, godly counsel, and Kingdom values into the marketplace through a weekly fellowship involving the entire staff and management is, to me, a rare privilege and a sacred trust.
Beyond the honour of the appointment, I am deeply humbled by the opportunity to serve God in a different sphere of human endeavour, where faith, character, integrity, excellence, and the values of His Kingdom can find practical expression in everyday professional life.
I do not take this responsibility for granted. I recognise that the marketplace is also a mission field, and that the influence of the Kingdom must extend beyond the four walls of the church into the places where people work, lead, make decisions, and shape society.
With a heart full of gratitude, I commit myself to this assignment with diligence, humility, meekness, and sobriety, trusting the grace of God to make my service a blessing to the management, staff, and the institution at large.
