After marriage, the couple experienced years of childlessness, drawing deep concern and emotional distress from family, and friends. Seeking medical answers, the man consulted his uncle—an experienced medical doctor—who connected them with a UK-based gynecologist. Following rigorous, expensive tests at a specialized lab in Lagos (including a solo follow-up test), the medical verdict concluded that natural conception was not possible. The couple was advised that their only viable options were adoption or in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Rejecting adoption and IVF, the man prayed specifically for God to grant them a child the natural way. During a service led by the General Overseer ("Daddy G.O."), the pastor declared: "I cancel miscarriage in your life." The couple claimed the prayer.
