You know there are people who buy and drive only brand-new cars.
There are others who go beyond that, they buy only latest brand-new cars. So even if it’s brand new but last year’s model, they won’t touch it.
Then there’s another class who brag proudly about buying foreign used cars. They call it “Direct Belgium.”
They will take pictures with it and write, “God did it.”
Nothing wrong with that, that’s their level.
But then, there’s a higher circle…
Men and women who no longer compete for cars, because they own large stakes in the companies that make them.
Their goal is no longer driving luxury, it’s producing luxury.
They are the ones who can wear a plain T-shirt, walk past you, and yet own the brand of the suit you are bragging about.
You see, life has categories.
Everything has levels.
What is luxury to you is normal to another person.
What you are praying for is someone else’s “God-forbid.” And that’s fine, as long as you are climbing.
Never measure another man’s reality with the measurement tape of your own experience or standards.
What looks like a mountain to you is sometimes a molehill from the view of those who have climbed higher.
Stop analyzing the lifestyle of the rich through the lenses of poverty.
Sometimes, what shocks you about them only reveals how small your world still is.
Climb the Iroko…
And you will see how dwarfish the tallest palm tree in your backyard truly is.
And even if you don’t have yet, try to get close to those that have and hear how they mention big numbers as if it’s money for Akara. That will elevate your mindset.
