*TODAY’S SCRIPTURE*📖

Joash remained hidden in the Temple of the *LORD* for six years while Athaliah ruled over the land.

And he was with her hid in the house of the *LORD* six years. And Athaliah did reign over the land.

*TODAY’S WORD*🍞
*In 2 Kings 11, after the death of King Ahaziah, his infant son, Joash, was hidden away by his aunt for six years when Joash's grandmother, Athaliah, killed all the other royal heirs to the throne. Athaliah reigned over Judah with great wickedness for those six years, while Jehoiada the priest plotted her eventual overthrow and prepared the way for Joash to become the king. As king, Joash repaired the temple and restored the true worship to Jehovah.*

*There are seasons when GOD has you hidden. You're in a time of Protection, of Preparation, of Training. GOD is getting you ready for what He has in store. If you keep doing the right thing, you'll come into a time where GOD will cause you to be seen. Promotion doesn't come from people; it comes from the LORD. When it's your time, no person, no bad break, and no injustice can stop you. Just as GOD hid you, He will bring you out, shine His Light on you, and bring Favour, Increase, and Promotion like you've never dreamed.*

*A PRAYER FOR TODAY*🙏🏽
Father, thank You for the seasons when You hide me and cause me to be overlooked, keeping doors closed. Thank You that You love me so much that You're getting me prepared for the next good thing You have for me. Help me to always be faithful to You and pass the test. In *JESUS*' Name, Amen.

…when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came *JESUS* and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

*TODAY’S WORD*🍞
*We celebrate Good Friday each year, but on the day when JESUS was crucified, the disciples thought it was the worst day of their lives. “Tragic Friday” would have been their description. The One whom they had devoted their lives to was dead and buried in a tomb. But a few days later, when JESUS rose from the dead, they realized that He was who He’d said He was. He had defeated the enemy and brought salvation to mankind. What they’d thought was the worst day of their lives became the best.*

*We all face times when a dream dies, a relationship ends, we come down with an illness - nothing about the situation seems good. It may not be good right now, but GOD knows how to bring it all together. You may think it is going to stop you, set you back, and cause you heartache. If you’ll stay in Faith, one day you’ll look back and say it was good.*

Father, thank You that You see the big picture for my life and that You use difficulties for my good. Help me to be patient and trusting when things happen that I don’t understand. I believe that You will bring it all together for my good. In *JESUS*’ Name, Amen.

As my life was slipping away, I remembered the *LORD*.

When my soul fainted within me I remembered the *LORD*…

*TODAY’S WORD*🍞
*GOD told the Prophet Jonah to go to the city of Nineveh and tell them to repent, but he disobeyed. He ended up at sea in the middle of a huge storm, was thrown overboard, then was swallowed by a big Fish. Even when we make mistakes, even when we bring trouble on ourselves, GOD is Merciful to provide a Way of escape. Jonah was dying inside that fish when Scripture says he remembered the LORD. He was saying, in effect, “I was just about done when I remembered who I am.” He started thanking GOD in a situation that looked impossible, and GOD caused the fish to spit him up on dry ground and gave him a second chance.*

*You may have made mistakes, but that’s not who you are, that’s what you did. You are still a child of the Most High GOD. You are Forgiven, Redeemed, Restored, Called, Equipped, Chosen, and Anointed. Nothing you’ve done has changed who you are. Trust Him, and He will get you to where You’re supposed to be.*

*A PRAYER FOR TODAY*🙏🏽
Father, thank You that when I make a mistake and bring trouble upon myself, You cover me with mercy and give me second chances. Help me to remember You and that I am still Your child when I mess up. I believe You will get me to where I’m supposed to be. In *JESUS* ’ Name, Amen.

*When King Ahaziah of Judah was killed, his mother, Athaliah, decided to take the throne as queen. She killed the whole royal family of the house of Judah, except for Ahaziah’s baby son, Joash, who was hidden by his aunt in the temple. When Joash was seven years old, Jehoiada, the high priest, gathered the military commanders and heads of Israelite families, declared that it was time for the king’s son to reign, and overthrew Athaliah. GOD’s promise to David was secured.*

*What GOD started in your life, He’s going to finish. People can’t stop it. Bad breaks can’t keep it from happening. It’s time for the King’s children to reign. Whatever negative thing has been reigning over you is about to end. This is a New Day. You are coming into destiny moments. GOD is about to take you where you can’t go on your own. It’s going to be unusual, it’s not going to happen on a normal schedule, and it’s going to be sooner than you think. It’s your time to reign.*

Yet you, *LORD*, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.

But now, O *LORD*, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

*TODAY’S WORD*🍞
*There’s nothing beautiful about clay. It’s just an earthy material that develops plasticity when wet. But when the potter puts the clay on the wheel and begins to spin it, he never takes his hands off it. It doesn’t look like much, but the potter keeps moulding it until it begins to take the shape of a vase, plate or bowl. The potter says, “Just give me some time. You see a lump of worthless clay, but I see something beautiful and valuable.”*

*GOD is our Potter. He never takes His hands off us, shaping and moulding us. All those times when you thought GOD had forgotten about you, His Hands were on you. When you weren’t making good decisions, when you were giving in to temptations, He didn’t throw you out because you’re clay, with faults and weaknesses. His Hands have always been on you, and He’s never going to take them off you. If you stay in Faith and give GOD the time, He’ll shape you into something beautiful, into His image.*

Father, thank You that You are the potter and I am the clay. Thank You for where I am right now, faults and all, and that You are moulding and making me into Your image. Help me to have the confidence that Your hands have always been and will always be on me. In *JESUS*’ Name, Amen.

Then King David went in and sat before the *LORD* ; and he said: "Who am I, O *LORD GOD*? And what is my house, that You have brought me this far?"

Then went king David in, and sat before the *LORD*, and he said, Who am I, O *LORD GOD*? and what is my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto?

*TODAY’S WORD*🍞
*You may have a thousand excuses for why you can't accomplish your dreams and for why you should settle where you are because you've reached your limit. But GOD is saying to you what He said to Moses, "Is the arm of the LORD too short to deliver?" (Num. 11:23). No, the arm of the LORD will deliver you, Provide for you, Vindicate you, and Promote you. He's about to take you where you couldn't go on your own.*

*In today's Scripture, as King David considered his Life, he was saying, "I'm not the biggest, the strongest, or the most qualified. I was a shepherd boy and look where You've taken me." He didn't have to go after it; it came after him. GOD has some far-and-beyond opportunities that are about to come looking for you. It's the arm of the LORD reaching down to promote, to elevate, to increase you. As with David, you're going to look back and say, "GOD, look what You've done. I never dreamed You would take me to this Level."*

Father, thank You that Your arm is never too short to deliver me, provide for me, vindicate me, and promote me. Thank You that You have far-and-beyond favours that are on the way. I believe that You are taking me to levels I've never dreamed. In *JESUS*' Name, Amen.
