Imo Woman Allegedly Bought Muslim Child For 2 Milli0n And Renamed Him “Success David”

A viral video circulating across social media platforms has triggered intense reactions after a police officer identified as ASP Hassan alleged that a Christian woman from Imo State púrchased a young Muslim child for 2 milli0n and changed his name from Yusuf to Success David.

According to the officer’s narration in the video, the woman, who reportedly has lived in Kaduna State for more than 20 years, allegedly obtained custody of the child under controversial circumstances now being questioned online.

As reactions continue to spread online, authorities are yet to publicly release full details surrounding the case, including how the child allegedly ended up with the woman or whether any official adoption documents exist.

Let's demand for justice and human right for him

This little boy in this picture was allegedly be@ten by his father and stepmother simply because he did not complete his homework. This happened somewhere in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA, Akwa Ibom State.

Please don't forget that these children feel paín, they remember trauma and some scars don’t disappear even after the wounds heal physically

Church usher séntenced to d£ath for kílling his girlfriend

35 year old Emem Effanga, who was a make-up artist and a singer in her church Full Life Christian Centre, Uyo Akwa Ibom State, attended a three days program in their church on Wednesday 5th February, 2025 and was expected to be present in the church on Thursday 6th February, but when other chioristers and friends in church didn't see her, they called her phone and it wasn't connecting. On Friday morning 7th February, they went looking for her in her house. When they got to her house and knocked and called her name and but no one was responding, they forced their way inside the apartment only to find her lif£less b0dy on the floor with injúries all over her body, which indicated a sign of àttack and possibly been stràngled to d£ath, and they also realized that her phone, ATM card and shop keys were taken away.

They raised alarm and her neighbours came out, they invited the police and took her b0dy to a hospital where she was confirmed d£ad.

Her neighbours started pointing an accusing finger on her boyfriend, a 32 year old Ndifreke Isaiah Nelson, who was also an usher in the same church Full Life Christian Center, were Emem Effanga worship. Emem Effanga and Ndifreke Isaiah Nelson were dating and when the relationship became a toxic relationship, Emem Effanga told Ndifreke Isaiah Nelson that she was no longer interested. Also, Emem had given Ndifreke a portion in her shop for his business, but when Ndifreke was not keeping to their agreed terms, she asked him to leave.

At about 2am on Saturday February 8, 2025, during a night vigil program in the church, Ndifreke was in the church performing his duty as an usher, recording video during praise and worship with the phone that he took from Emem Effanga after kílling her, when police officers of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command that weren't on uniform came to the church premises, some were positioned outside the church and some at the entrance gate, while two officers entered inside the church. When Ndifreke saw the two strange men entered into the church at that time in the night, knowing what he had committed, he got suspicious of them, he immediately brought out his phone as if he was making a call and he moved towards the exit door, as soon as he went out, he started running and the officers at the gate went after him and apprehended him.

During interrogation at the police station, the police discovered that the missing phone belonging to Emem Effanga was found with him in the church, he had removed Emem Effanga SIM card and put his own. He also confessed that on that Thursday morning which was his birthday, that he went to Emem's house, and she couldn't let him into the her house, he demanded for her phone for him to take pictures for his birthday posts on social media and she said no and asked him to leave. Since the neighbours who usually separate them each time he starts b£ating Emem were not around, the both started fíghting and there was no one to separate them and he had to h£at her h£ad on the wall and in the floor several times and stràngled her to d£ath. He took her phone, ATM and shop keys and went away.

The police later charged him to court at the Akwa Ibom State High Court, and in May 2026, he was found guilty and séntenced to d£ath by hanging.

Emem Effanga was búried on the 22nd of March, 2025.

She got back very weak and hungry, and she tried to cook and rest at the same time. She slept off while cooking with her gas only to hear a noise from the kitchen, she jumped up from her bed and saw that the whole flat was covered with tick dark smoke. It was later realized that everything that she was cooking, got burnt and the cylinder expl0ded.

A lot of people have blamed the woman, while some said that such thing can happen to anyone.

Man arrested and charged to court for attempted múrder.

The accused Mr. Hope Henry Ekong, who works as a bouncer in public gatherings, had misunderstanding with one of his neighbours identified as Miss Rachael Nkop Samuel. He angrily b£at her almost to d£ath and the lady was rushed to hospital. The family of Miss Rachael Nkop Samuel, went and arrested him with the police, and he was later charged to Akwa Ibom State High Court, Abak Judicial Division. Delivering the ruling in the proceedings on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in a three counts charge of attempted murder, act intended to cause grievous bodily harm and terrorism, the presiding judge, Justice Eno Isangedighi admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of Five Million Naira (N5,000,000), with stringent conditions attached.

The matter, which borders on allegations of gender-based violence, was first heard on April 29, 2026.

The court adjourned the case to May 27, 2026 for cross-examination of the witness's testimony.

Driver kílled a whole family and st0le money, car, phones ...

On the 31st of December 2022, Mr Kehinde Fatinoye a former CBN staff and his wife Mrs Bukola Fatinoye a staff of University of Agriculture, Abiokuta and their only surviving son Oreoluwa Fatinoye and their adopted son Philip Fatinoye went for a Crossover vigil service at Christ Anglican Church, Abiokuta, Ogun State. When they returned back home that midnight, unknown to them that their driver a 32 year old Lakon Adekambi, who had been working for them since 2018 (4 years), has arranged two of his gàng members identified as Ahmed and Waheed Adeniyi (aka Coffee) and hid them inside the compound. As the children entered their room to rest, Lakon and his gàng entered the house, forced Mr Kahinde and his wife to transfer m0ney into Lakon account, and at the moment a total of One milli0n, one hundred and two thousand nàira was transferred into Lakon's account. One of them used a knif£ to stàb Kehinde Fatinoye to d£ath, while Lakon used p£stle to h£at Mrs Bukola Fatinoye to d£ath. At the moment, their two children heard the noise and came over to know what the noise was all about, this gang members, held them and tíed their hands and legs and put them in the b00t of Kahinde's car, they st0le six mobile phones, m0ney and other valuables. They set the house on firé and drove out with those two Kahinde's children in the car b00t. When they got to Ogun bridge, they stopped and thréw the two boys into Ogun river with their hands tiéd and they left.

When neighbours saw that the house was on firé, they gathered to help the situation, only to see that the couples had been mvrdered. They managed to remove the b0dies and put off the firé.

The matter was reported to the police, and the police needed to arrest any surviving person in that house for questioning. Lakon was arrested by the police for questioning. At that moment Mr Kahinde's adopted son named Phillip that was also thr0wn into Ogun river, struggled and removed the r0pe on his hands and came out of the water, while the other boy reportedly diéd in the river. That Philip Fatinoye arrived at the police station to report to the police what Lakon and his gàng had done. Behold he saw police interrogating Lakon, Philip immediately told the police how Lakon and his gàng, kílled their parents, búrnt the house and tied him and his brother and thr£w them into the river.

At that moment, Lakon started telling the police that he was having a very serious heart problem, police rushed him to hospital. Lakon saw an opportunity and escaped from the hospital, but he was unfortunate to be seen and rearrested by the police.

Lakon later confessed to the crimé and named his accomplices and all of them were arrested and charged to Ogun State High Court.

Driver carrying ammunition to Northern Nigeria arrested

A team of police officers on a stop and search operation stopped a driver and began to check his loads. They saw a tall rope bag of rice, one of the police officers touched the bag of rice and noticed something like a metal object in the bag. When the police demanded to see the owner of the bag of rice, the driver told them that it was a waybill. The police diverted the vehicle to the station, and reaching to the police station, the bag was opened and what they saw was gúns been transported to the north.

Police quickly arrested the driver and asked him to provide the contact phone number of the sender and receiver of the waybill, but he said that no contact was given to him, that the sender only collected his phone number and told him that the receiver will call him later. He also said that the sender told him the exact place to drop the bag, even if nobody calls him or not.

Friends the driver claimed he is innocent and that he didn't know the content of the bag, and have no contact of either the sender or the receiver. This brother is a mechanic, a customer gave him this Lexus SUV Jeep to fix a minor fault on the vehicle on Saturday morning, and on reaching towards the evening, when the owner of the vehicle came to carry the Jeep, he lied to the owner of the vehicle by telling him that he could not finished the repairs due to more other things that he discovered while working on the engine, he pleaded with the customer to come back on Monday morning and the owner of the vehicle left. On Sunday, the mechanic and his girlfriend with two other of their friends, took the Lexus SUV Jeep and went for a birthday party of one of their friends in another L.G.A. And after the party, on their way coming back, the vehicle developed electrical fault and fir£ started coming out from the engine and before you know it, the vehicle was burnt beyond repair and recognition.

The question remains, a vehicle that the mechanic said that he couldn't finish the repair on Saturday night, how then didn't it get burnt in another L.G.A. on Sunday afternoon?

Soldier kílled man and took his car

This 42 year old Christopher Jimmy, who worked as a manager in a clearing and forwarding company in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He was married to 33 year old Aric and they have two children.

On Sunday 23rd of May, 2021, he got ready to travel to his home town in Akwa Ibom State. He called his sister simply identified as aunty Mercy, and told her that he would pass by her house to give her what he would buy for her on his way home. On his way, he saw a man on a military uniform identified as Steven Aweh, with an AK 47 rifle, he stopped to carry him. As Christopher Jimmy enquired from the military man, it happened that both of them were going towards the same direction. At the beginning, it was indeed a good journey, Christopher Jimmy bought food, drinks and several things for the military man as the journey continued. Since from Port Harcourt to Akwa Ibom State was a long journey, Christopher Jimmy stopped somewhere for them to rest a bit and continued the journey. On that spot, the military man pulled out a knif£ from his pocket and stàbbed Christopher Jimmy several times and as if that was not enough, he pulled out his AK-47 gún and fíred him a sh0t on his head to make sure that he was d£ad. He dragged him inside the búsh and dvmped him right there in the bush. The military man came back and collected Christopher's m0ney, phone, car and other valuables and flee.

Later that night, Christopher's wife started calling him, at the beginning it was ringing, but suddenly it stopped ringing. At the other end, aunty Mercy was also waiting for Christopher but didn't see him. When Christopher's wife called aunty Mercy the next morning being Monday 24th to ask her she saw Christopher, it became clear to every one that something was wrong and all of them went into searching for Christopher. Aunty Mercy contacted Motorcycle riders and drivers to enquire if anything happened on the road? A driver told her that someone was found d£ad in the bush, aunty Mercy called Christopher's wife and gave her the location, on arrival, behold it was Christopher's d£ad b0dy. They reported to the police and the co**se was taken to m0rtuary.

During investigation, Christopher's wife told the police that the Toyota Matrix that was taken away from Christopher by his kíller, had a tracking device connected to it. The police then tracked the car to a hotel where Steve Aweh was relaxing in a hotel room. The police arrested him and got the following items from him; Christopher's car, phone, money, AK 47 and the knife that he used to kíll Christopher.

During interrogation, police discovered that he was a soldier, that the gún that he had was the one that he st0le during battle and hid it for illegal use, and he was supposed to be on duty that morning, but abandoned his legal work and went for an illegal operation.

The military quickly court Marshaled Steven Aweh, retrieved his uniform, ID card, the AK 47 gún, other military properties and dismissed him from military service.

The police charged him to court, and on September 26th, 2025, Justice Bassey of Akwa Ibom State High Court, found him guilty and séntenced him to d£ath by hànging.
