Lord, let Your beauty rest upon my life this new month. Order my steps, strengthen my hands, purify my desires, and establish every work that is according to Your will. Let this month not be wasted in distraction, fear, or fruitless labor. Cause my life to bear fruit that honors You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

‎INTRODUCTION
‎
‎Since last week. We have been learning about the step taken by Abraham’s servant in his journey concerning the arrangement between him and his master and how he asked for a sign to identify the right wife for Isaac. We shall continue on the same Topic this week.

‎EXPLANATION
‎To draw water for a stranger and still draw water for his camels is not an easy task. Any lady who can humble herself to do this must be someone with the Spirit of God, filled with endurance and love.
‎Eliezer knew that it is only someone with respect, love, humility and hospitality (fruit of the Spirit) that can do this, therefore he used it as a sign to identify the right choice for Isaac, and God backed this sign up. The following are qualities of a good wife at home:
‎1. Assistance
‎2. Submission
‎3. Respect
‎4. Love
‎5. Endurance.
‎
‎All these were seen in the life of Rebekah. (Gen 24:18-20)
‎These qualities are so important in the life of any Christian sister and brother who wish to have a good home and who wish to be the bride of Christ in the marriage super of the lamb.
