To Live Is Christ.
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Philippians 1:21 KJV

Have you ever asked yourself what you're truly living for? Paul was sure that his life was meant for Christ. Whether in chains or free, or when facing death, trials, or persecution, everything about him was centered on Christ. His life had one purpose, and that was to know Christ, serve Him, and bring Him glory. Have you ever noticed that when life seems blurry, we are half-hearted in everything that we do? The truth is, the Apostle Paul’s kind of passion to solely live for Christ was what gave him peace and purpose, no matter the season of his life.

Beloved, may we live with that same bold conviction and intense focus on Christ. Let Him be the reason we live, do, say, and act! And in everything – our choices, our dreams, even our struggles with undivided hearts – we know we are always ready to leave this world. For in Him we truly gain everything. He is our life!

Prayer point: Lord Jesus, help us to live with purpose; with You as our goal and reward. May we not be distracted by the temporary things of this world but fix our hearts on what matters eternally. We want our lives to reflect Your love and glory in Jesus' name. Amen.

S*x is not a sin. Neither is it a crime.

🌟 Sunday Light Recap – S*xual Maturation 🌟

Today in church, we discussed a topic that many shy away from but is so important—S*xual Maturation.

S*x is not a sin. Neither is it a crime.
God created s*x, and everything He created was good. But just like fire is good in a fireplace and dangerous on a rooftop, s*x has its rightful place—within the confines of marriage.

S*xual maturation is the natural process of growing into our s*xual identity. It comes with physical changes, emotional desires, and sometimes, confusing feelings. And yes—it's normal for a male to be attracted to a female, and vice versa. That doesn't make you bad—it makes you human.

But here’s where maturity comes in: Self-control.
Because while attraction is natural, acting on every desire is not wise.

🔑 “Erection is not direction.”

Just because the body reacts doesn't mean the spirit should follow. Feelings are not instructions.

God doesn’t call us to kill our desires—He calls us to manage them.
That’s why Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:12:

"Everything is permissible for me," but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me," but I will not be mastered by anything.

✅ So remember:

S*x is a gift—but only beautiful when unwrapped in marriage.

Attraction is natural—but self-control is spiritual.

Maturity is not in denying feelings—but in managing them with wisdom and the Word.

Let’s grow, not just physically, but spiritually.
Let’s not just mature s*xually, but mature in self-discipline too.
