Text: 1sam 10:1-6

✅The word " turn" means changing something from one state to another
✅It also means conversion or transformation.

•A man cannot be valuable to God until a certain level of transformation takes place.

•Anybody who remains ordinary in their natural state cannot do much .

•Any man that is successful in life is not the same with the natural state in which he was born.

•If God leaves a man the way he is,he is of little or no value .

Points to consider 🖊️
📌The transformer:
1sam 10:6,Acts2:1-4
The spirit of God is the catalyst that causes the transformation and when he comes upon you, you'll transform from humanity to divinity.

📌 Levels of transformation:
📍 Spiritual transformation - this is the foundation and it starts with salvation, sanctification and holy ghost baptism.
2corint 3:18
📍It is a continuous transformation.

📌Transformation of the mind - the level of a man's mindset determines how God blesses him.
📍 What you conceive in your mind and think in your heart determines how your life will be.
📍Faith is madness,it doesn't count human logic.
📍It is not humility to live in poverty.

📌 Transformation of the word:
Heb 4:12,Gen 1:1-3
This kind of transformation takes place when the word of God is in action in a man's life.

_*Points to consider:*_
*Virtue means:* The conformity to a standard of right. Also,a commendable quality or trait.

_*Christian virtues:*_ Those moral values one must posses as a Christian.

🪝 *The cardinal virtues* :
🤍 *_Prudence_* : The ability to discern correctly and choose wisely ,it helps one to avoid errors.

🕊️ *_Temperance_* - Self control prov 16:32
Means mastery over desire and having direction of what you want to do.
* A man who cannot control himself will be controlled by another thing.
* Your future is built on what you have the power to say no to today
* Temperance is discipline over the desires of the flesh, control over appetite and emotions. 1tim 1:7,2pet 1:5-7
⚖️ _*Justice -*_ This means doing what is right towards God and man. It is the quality of uprightness and Fairness,it directs your actions,1john 3:7

🤲 _*Fortitude*_ - Steadfastness
This means the courage or ability to endure and stand firm . 2corint 16 :13 .

🔸 *Other Christian virtues* ;
🫂 _*Compassion:*_ A deep awareness of others suffering and having the desire to help.
Luke 10:26-27
* Compassion moves one from feelings to action.
🤝 _*Forgiveness:*_ means letting go of offences and releasing others from guilt.
* You cannot walk in grace while holding grudges.
🧎 *_Forbearance_* - This means patiently enduring others weakness and offense.

☮️ _*Gentleness*_ : This means calmness in dealing with others
* Gentleness is not weakness.
🔹 *_Graciousness:_*
Means showing kindness and favour beyond what is deserved .colo 4:6
🔹 _*Kindness* :_ Means love in action

🔹 _*Mercy*_ : This means compassion shown to those who deserve punishment.
* Mercy triumphs over judgement.

✅The place of preparation
___What is your level of preparation? You must know that when opportunity meets you unprepared,it becomes a disaster and true preparation begins in our personal lives.
Therefore,we must be prepared at all times to fit into God's program for our lives.

✅The areas to work on as vessels unto honour
* Character
* Purity - matt 5 :8. You must be conscious of the thoughts you nurture in your heart and live a sexual purity lifestyle.
* Tongue - prov 18:21
* Time management - avoid procrastination, laziness and distractions.

You must know that,it is now that you would prepare and work towards the kind of person you want to be in the nearest future.

_Points to consider._

❓ Meaning of “It Is Finished”
✅“It is finished” (Tetelestai) means the work is complete and fully paid.
✅Jesus completed the assignment God gave Him on earth.
✅Nothing remains to be added to the work of salvation.
✅It is a declaration of victory, not defeat.

❓ What Jesus Finished
✅He paid the full price for sin nothing is left unpaid.
✅He fulfilled the promises and prophecies of the Old Testament.
✅He brought grace to help us live above sin.
✅The work of redemption is complete and perfect.

❓ Understanding Temptation and Condemnation
✅Temptation: The devil minimizes the weight of sin and makes it look harmless.
✅Condemnation: Sin brings guilt, but Jesus has already paid for it.
✅In Christ, we are no longer condemned when we believe in Him.

❓ Lessons From The Finished Work
✅Trust in the Word of God with all your heart.
✅When you feel like there is no hope, put your hope in Jesus.
✅Stand firm in God and you will remain strong.
✅Our faith is built on a finished and solid foundation.

❓ Life Application
✅As a child of God, your story does not end in sorrow.
✅You may pass through:

Friday of sorrow

Saturday of confusion

Sunday of resurrection (victory)

✅God always brings you to a place of victory.

❓ Additional Insights
✅The gift of a king is different from the gift of a poor man.
✅When God gives, He gift's like a King richly, fully, and without limitation.
✅Prayer and faith are powerful, but must align with God’s Word.

When you understand that “it is finished,” you will live in confidence, not fear, knowing that your victory is already secured in Christ.

❓ _Meaning of faith._
✅Faith means believing God will act even when you don’t see results.
✅Faith is trusting God even if things don’t go as expected.
True discipleship means following your spiritual leader obediently, not carelessly or“sheepishly.”
Some situations don’t require much prayer, but strong faith.
Your level of faith determines what you experience in life.

❓ _Examples Of People In The Bible That Exercised Faith._
✅The three Hebrew men and Daniel showed bold, unshaken faith in God.
✅ Abraham who is our father in faith had Faith in God. Faith grows when you are aware of who God is and stand firm in Him.

When you exercise extra (strong) faith, you experience extraordinary miracles, not just ordinary ones.
