HELP PASTOR I AM ASHAMED OF MY ERRORS

Hey there you go,

I understand everyone expects too much from you, they see you as super man.

They don't expect you to make any mistakes or commit any errors

Infact it gets worse if you are a youth pastor, young pastor or a pastors seed, young believer

They expect you to be all perfect

People judge you on all your flaws and mistakes

In fact the most painful part is that even the adults who didn't become mature in a day expect you to become in a day what they became In 30years.

Hear me young man and woman.

Don't be ashamed of your mistakes and flaws

It's OK to make mistakes
But what you need is acknowledging it and looking for a way to get better

But never feel awkward to make mistakes

Hear me, You are in the making process
God doesn't make people over night
He doesn't throw people up, he lifts them up
He won't allow you go but He will watch you grow

Don't be ashamed of process
Enjoy it
Embrace it
Celebrate it

Hear me, God doesn't look for equipped men, He doesnt really look for equipped men for use

But He loves to Equip the men he will use.

Don't shy away from your equipping process

YOUR GREATEST ENEMY AS A YOUNG AND GROWING BELIEVER IS PEOPLE'S EXPECTATIONS

YOU ARE NOT EVERYBODY

Live your life as God planned it not people's expectations

Please I beg you
Please I beg you run away from judgemental voices during your growth process, avoid those that put you under pressure during your growth process.

YOU DON'T NEED JUDGEMENTAL VOICES IN YOUR GROWTH PROCESS BUT A LOVING A MENTORING VOICE (MENTORS CORRECT AND NOT JUDGE,

MENTORS WANTS YOU TO LIVE AND BECOME YOUR REAL SELF NOT A CLONE OF THEM.

Please don't be under pressure to please or satisfy people,
Don't be under pressure to make people feel good about you.

Enjoy your process
Allow God to lead you

Don't rush out
Live God's pattern and agenda for your life

Shape your life by constant study of the word, prayers especially in the HolyGhost, Listening to sound teachers of the word who will help you learn Christ(Not all teachers are good for you, mind that), fellowship with brethren of same faith and passion, read Spirit inspired books

Be what God wants you to be not what another person desires.
