At the point of R£nting this apartment, the Landlord and the ag£nt Never told me about the Fact that the apartment i moved into is 0w!ng 90k for £lectricity B!LL and it's been D£ducted each time i recharge my Pr£paid meter.

Atanda, if i buy 10k worth of £lectricity unit, they will divide it into two
5k will taken for the D£bt and they will cr£dit me only 5k.

I express my displeasure to the Landlord, he said i just have to bear it.

Atanda i have pa!d that 90k c0mpletely because i had plans to deduct it from my next R£nt already.
Now, my house R£nt has £xpired, so i D£ducted the 90k from house R£nt and gave the Landlord the balance left.
