β€ŽMEDITATION:
Take some time to digest our text for today. This kind God o! I never see your kind o! This kind God o! You are a winner everyday.

Haman thought he had sealed the fate of Mordecai by building a gallows to hang him. But who is he that says when the Lord God Almighty has not said? God went to the king, higher than Haman and exalted Mordecai! Who is after your downfall? Look unto God and you will see him perform a miracle!

Lord, show my enemies that I serve a living God!

β€ŽIMPORTANCE OF DIVINE WISDOM (β€ŽMONDAY, AUGUST 24, 2026)

// Read Esther 5:1-7, Proverbs 4:7 //

β€Ž1.Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king's house, over against the king's house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.
β€Ž2.And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.
β€Ž3:Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.
β€Ž4:And Esther answered, If it seem good unto the king, let the king and Haman come this day unto the banquet that I have prepared for him.
β€Ž5.Then the king said, Cause Haman to make haste, that he may do as Esther hath said. So the king and Haman came to the banquet that Esther had prepared.

β€ŽMEDITATION: Proverbs 4:7 says β€œWisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom”. The importance of wisdom in handling life crisis cannot be over emphasized.

Esther was wise. She handled the situation with wisdom and this allowed for the counsel of God to be fulfilled. Haman wouldn't have taken the step he later took if Esther had confronted him in the presence of the king the first time.

Also, the mighty hand of God revealed in chapter 6 would not have happened because Haman will not be available to herald Mordecai around.

Beloved, let us always ask for divine wisdom in handling issues of life.

Lord, grant me wisdom to handle issues of life in ways that will glorify you.
