The feast of Passover is a sacred time — a holy season set apart to remember the mighty works of God in Egypt and in the wilderness. It is not merely a celebration, but a memorial of deliverance, a reminder that the Lord is powerful to save and faithful to keep His covenant.
In Egypt, God revealed His power by bringing His people out of bo***ge with a strong hand. Through signs and wonders, He judged the gods of Egypt, preserved His people by the blood of the lamb, and led them out from slavery into freedom. Passover therefore speaks of redemption — that God sees the affliction of His people and comes down to deliver them.
In the wilderness, the feast also reminds us of God’s faithfulness. Though the journey was long and the path was uncertain, He guided them with the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night. He fed them with manna, gave them water from the rock, fought their battles, and kept them by His mercy. Passover teaches that the God who delivers is also the God who sustains.
For us, this sacred time is a call to reflection, gratitude, and renewed devotion. It is a moment to remember where God has brought us from, to acknowledge His hand in our lives, and to seek Him for fresh direction. As Israel remembered Egypt and the wilderness, we also remember our own deliverances, knowing that the same God who worked in the past is still working today.

It is good to dance and make merry, for joy is part of our fellowship with God. Yet we must remember that the feast of Passover is not only for celebration, but for encounter. It is a sacred time to seek the Lord, to listen for His voice, and to receive answers from Him.
Let there be joy in our hearts, but also expectation in our spirit, for in the midst of the feast, God still speaks.

Prayer is the soul’s communion with God. It is where the heart speaks, faith is strengthened, and burdens are lifted. Through prayer, we express our dependence on God and align our hearts with His will.

THE RELEVANCE AND FEAR OF GOD

The relevance of the fear of God in our generation cannot be overstated. We live in a time where many honor God with their lips but their hearts are far from Him. Sin is normalized, righteousness is mocked, and obedience is seen as outdated. Yet the fear of God remains the divine standard. It restrains us from evil, keeps our hearts pure, and orders our steps in righteousness.

A man or woman who fears God walks differently. They do not compromise for convenience. They do not trade truth for popularity. They do not bow to idols of money, pleasure, or power. Like Joseph in Egypt, when tempted, they say, “How can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?” That is the fear of God in action.

The fear of God produces holiness. It purifies our motives, refines our character, and transforms our desires. When we fear God, worship becomes sincere, prayer becomes passionate, and obedience becomes joyful rather than burdensome.

Let us, therefore, return to the holy fear of God. Let us tremble at His Word, bow before His majesty, and walk in His ways. For blessed is the one who fears the Lord — they shall walk in light, dwell in peace, and inherit eternal glory.
Shalom

A cry of surrender is the soul’s last breath before God’s glory fills it.
It is the sacred moment when the human spirit steps out of self and into the fullness of the divine. Not spoken from the lips alone, but groaned from the depths of the heart — where flesh trembles, pride bows, and the spirit ascends.
In that cry, heaven leans low.
Lifted hands become wings of faith, stretching toward eternity. They are not raised in desperation, but in holy expectation — a visible confession that “my help comes from the Lord.” Each lifted palm is an altar; each breath a sacrifice; each tear a language the Spirit interprets.
A cry of surrender is birthed in the secret place, where man wrestles with God and emerges marked by His presence. It is the place where Jacob becomes Israel, where weakness is clothed in divine strength, and where brokenness becomes an open door for glory.
In surrender, the worshipper disappears so that God may appear. The self decreases so that the Spirit may increase. The noise of the world fades, and the voice of heaven becomes clear.
This cry splits the veil between earth and heaven. Angels move at its sound. Chains loosen at its vibration. The atmosphere shifts because a heart has yielded completely to God.
Surrender is not silence — it is spiritual thunder. Not retreat — but divine advancement. Not loss — but holy gain.
For when a soul fully surrenders, God fully manifests.
And in that sacred moment, heaven and earth are no longer distant — they are one.

Fear is a silent destroyer of destiny. It paralyzes vision, weakens courage, and convinces the heart to settle for less than it was created for. By magnifying risks and minimizing possibilities, fear keeps dreams locked in the realm of intention rather than action. Dreams survive on faith and bold steps; where fear is allowed to rule, potential is buried and purpose is delayed. Conquering fear is the first step toward releasing dreams into reality.

WORSHIP - A LIFESTYLE OF LOVE AND OBEDIENCE

True worship flows from love and obedience because it begins with a heart that genuinely desires God, not just His blessings. When we love God, obedience becomes a joyful response rather than a burden. Our actions, choices, and attitudes then become expressions of reverence, showing that we honor Him not only with words but with our lives.
This kind of worship is lived daily. In prayer, we commune with God and depend on Him. In gratitude, we acknowledge His goodness in all circumstances. Through humility, we submit our will to His authority, recognizing that He is Lord. In service, we reflect His love by caring for others. And by aligning our lives with God’s will, we allow His truth to shape our character, priorities, and decisions.
Whether expressed in quiet moments of surrender or in joyful celebrations of praise, worship continually draws us closer to God. It refreshes and renews our spirit, deepens our relationship with Him, and gradually transforms us to reflect His nature and glory to the world.

Burdens are lifted when worries, fears, and heavy situations are placed into God’s hands, allowing His peace and power to take over. At the same time, the one who intercedes is transformed—love deepens, compassion increases, and spiritual maturity grows as the heart becomes more aligned with God’s will and character.

According to Scripture, “the effective, fervent prayer of the righteous avails much” (James 5:16).
Through intercession, lives are strengthened, burdens are lifted, and the one who prays grows in love and spiritual maturity.
