Dear Friends,
In times like this, words often fall short but silence is not an option.
Our hearts are heavy over the recent tragic killings in Benue State, Nigeria. Families are mourning, communities are shattered, and innocent lives have been taken. These senseless acts of violence are a painful reminder that peace is still a distant cry in many places not just in Nigeria but around the world.
But in the midst of sorrow, we will not lose hope.
We pray for comfort to every grieving heart.
We pray for strength to those who are afraid.
We pray for protection over every soul still living in fear.
We pray for justice swift and fair.
We pray for true peace to reign in Nigeria, and across the globe.
Let love rise above hate.
Let compassion drown out cruelty.
Let leaders rise who care for lives more than power.
And may the God of peace, justice, and mercy heal the land both in Benue and everywhere blood has been shed.
To everyone reading this, I speak blessings over your life. May you never be a victim of violence. May your family never be counted among the lost.
I pray for God's presence to go with you, shield you, and speak for you even when you are not there.
Please, don’t let the pain of the world harden your heart.
Let it make you more loving.
Let it make you more prayerful.
Let it remind you that life is precious, and every act of kindness matters.
