God have FAITH in man —prove him right, for God’s Confidence in Man is On Perfect Timing
Scripture Focus: Hebrews 11:1; Genesis 18:14; Habakkuk 2:3; Mark 11:22–24
Faith is not only man’s belief in God; it is also God’s faith in man—His confidence that what He has spoken will be fulfilled through those who trust Him.
The Bible defines faith clearly:
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1
From the beginning, God has shown His faith in humanity. He entrusted Adam with dominion (Genesis 1:28), called Abraham the father of many nations before a child was born (Romans 4:17), and believed in a young shepherd named David long before the crown appeared (1 Samuel 16:12–13).
God sees what we will become, not just where we are.
God’s faith in man is always connected to His timing.
“Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return…” — Genesis 18:14
God’s promises never arrive late; they arrive on time.
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come.” — Habakkuk 2:3
Jesus reinforces this truth when He says:
“Have faith in God… whoever says to this mountain… and does not doubt… it will be done.” — Mark 11:22–23
Faith requires patience, obedience, and trust in God’s schedule—not ours. When God delays, He is not denying; He is developing us for the promise.
Faith is trusting God when you cannot trace Him. God believes in you enough to place promises in your hands and time them perfectly for His glory. Hold on, stand firm, and keep believing—God’s faith in you and His timing will never fail.
Sunday 21 December 2025 Prayer:
Lord, strengthen our faith to trust You, believe in Your promises, and rest in Your perfect timing. Amen.
