HEAVEN GAINS!!!

Pope Francis coffin⚰️ has been OFFICIALLY SEALED ahead of the Burial Ceremony with No Bags of Gold, Silver, and Copper.
He is currently being buried at the Santa Maria Maggiore Church where he wished to be buried instead of the Vatican.

Pope Francis will become the first Pope to be buried with No Bags of Gold, Silver, and Copper. He also insisted that he be buried in a Wooden Coffin instead of the conventional 3 Coffins system made of Cypress, Lead, and Oak.

Pope Francis was truly humble. All his life, he had No Posesions and gave out all he had to Charity and even in death, he still showed humility by refusing a luxurious burial.

Today the Church celebrate's the Feast Day of THE PRESENTATION OF THE LORD IN THE TEMPLE. It is a day set out to honour and pray for the consecrated persons for their dedication and services to the church in her work of evangelization. Equally we celebrate ourselves as Christians because we all have been consecrated by the virtue of our baptism.

VOCATIONS OFFICE

Are called to discern your vocation to the Catholic priesthood, in the footsteps of st. Vincent de Paul (Vincentians), the Vocations office has commenced the 2025 Admission exercise with the call for applications.

Relevant documents are as follows; i.)Application letter, (Hand written)

ii.) Copy of Baptismal Card

iii.) SSCE Result not more than 8 years issued

iv.) University degree or other higher certificate if any

v.) Letter of recommendation from the Parish Priest.

Interested candidates are advised to

1.) Send application letter to the Vocation official E:mail
[email protected]. This application should cite relevant documents as listed above. (NOT A SCANNED COPY)

OR

2.) Hard copy of your application citing the relevant document mentioned here, could be dropped in any of our community houses nationwide.

3.) Age;
i) Aspirants with SSCE must have celebrated their eighteenth (18th) birthday and not more than twenty-one years of age by June in the year of admission.

ii) Aspirants with Degree certificate(s) of tertiary institution (s) must not have exceeded twenty-five (25) years of age by June in the year of admission.

4.) Applications for 2025 Admission closes on the 28th February 2025.

5.) The Sacrament of CONFIRMATION is compulsory for admission into the Congregation.

6.) Hard copies of the application attached with the above-mentioned relevant documents will be requested of you during the entrance exam, if invited.
