Corporate Affairs matters Acts, A government parastatal, may acclaim herself as a referee into the affairs of the Church and dominates the operations and Administrations of the church in this Nation. And at the same time, have the power to suspend the church trustees, and appoint its own interim managers to coordinates the religious body,s affairs, while the church will remains ceremonious. Again, a supervising minister will also be appointed .An Acts that is purely: Company Allied matters has signed into law without any referendum from the Church which comprises congregations to determine whether they will accept it or not.
