Speaking in tongues is a spiritual gift given by the Holy Spirit for personal edification and to serve the church. Not every believer receives this gift, because God distributes gifts according to His wisdom and purpose. I pray for you this Thursday morning:
May the God who holds the universe in His hands go before you today and perfect everything concerning you. No plan of the enemy will succeed, no scheme will delay you, and no burden will overshadow your peace. The presence of God will encamp around you like a shield.

Everywhere your name is mentioned today, favour will respond. Every step you take will open doors and opportunities. What slowed you down in previous days will no longer have power over you. No delay, no setback, no disappointment will find you.

Your strength will not fail, your joy will not diminish, and your hands will not grow weary. What God has ordained for you today will move forward without hindrance. May your mind receive clarity, your spirit receive direction, and your heart receive peace for every decision you make.

Help will find you early. Provision will locate you. Those assigned to support and lift you will appear at the right time. What has been difficult for months will shift in your favour. Your destiny will attract the right people, resources, and divine connections.

This year, take your spiritual and financial life more seriously

Spiritual growth and financial discipline are not separate journeys; they shape each other. When your spirit is weak, your decisions suffer, and when your finances are unmanaged, your focus and peace are shaken. Growth in both areas requires intention, consistency, and wisdom.

This year, deepen your walk with God beyond convenience. Build a prayer life that is not driven only by emergencies. Study the Word for direction, correction, and clarity, not just comfort. Spiritual strength gives you discernment to recognize opportunities, avoid traps, and make choices that protect your future.

At the same time, become intentional about your finances. Stop leaving money matters to chance, emotions, or impulse. Learn how to manage, save, give, and invest wisely. Financial stability gives you freedom to serve God without constant anxiety, pressure, or compromise.

Do not postpone responsibility in either area. What you ignore spiritually will weaken you inwardly, and what you ignore financially will limit you outwardly. Discipline today will protect you from regret tomorrow.

This year, grow in wisdom, strengthen your discipline, and pursue balance. When your spirit is aligned and your finances are structured, you position yourself for peace, stability, and lasting impact.

By the authority of heaven, every resistance assigned against your 2026 is crushed. You will not struggle to rise, you will not fight to be seen, and you will not labor without reward. Step boldly into this year — heaven has gone ahead of you, and your victory is already secured.

You fornicated, you lied, you compromised, or you fell into something you never imagined you would do… and now you’re sitting there wondering if God still wants you, if He still hears you, if He still has plans for someone like you. You’re ashamed, hiding, withdrawing, replaying everything in your mind, thinking maybe you’ve crossed a line that cannot be uncrossed. But listen. What the devil wants you to do right now is to disconnect. He wants you to run away from the only place that can heal you. He wants you to drown in regret so you never rise again. But God is not shocked by your weakness. He is not surprised by your struggle. He saw the battle before you even entered it, and His mercy was already waiting on the other side of your mistake.

You may feel dirty, unworthy, distant, and numb. You may even feel like praying is pointless because guilt has changed the sound of your own voice. But do you know what God sees? A child who is wounded, not rejected. A child who needs cleansing, not condemnation. A child who fell, not someone who cannot rise again. Shame will tell you to hide. Grace will tell you to come home. And the truth is, no matter how far you went, God has already prepared the journey back.

If you feel empty, let Him fill you. If you feel lost, let Him lead you. If you feel broken, let Him rebuild you. Your mistake doesn’t disqualify you, it just reveals how much you need Him—and that realization alone is already the beginning of restoration. Don’t let the weight of what you did push you away from the only One who can save you. Yes, you messed up. But God is still calling your name gently, patiently, without anger in His voice. He wants you, still.

And if you feel like you don’t even know how to start again, just whisper, “Lord, help me.” That’s enough. He can work with that. He can rebuild your strength from that. He can rewrite your story from that. You are not too far. You are not too dirty. You are not too lost. You are loved, pursued, wanted, and welcomed. Run back. God is waiting.
