Hopelessness is a miserable trap that blinds a believer to the Lord. The only way out is to deliberately focus on Jesus Christ through praise, prayer, and Scripture. This is probably the last thing a discouraged person wants to do, but hope awaits those who are willing to see life from God´s perspective.

1 John 4:7-10 đź“– Without a sense of purpose, there is no hope. But the Lord created each person for a reason: to love God and be loved by Him. He pursues us and does everything in His infinite power to reveal Himself. The Lord wants each person to understand who He is and respond in worship and devotion.

God´s love is personal. Christianity stands out among world religions because God desires a personal relationship with every man, woman, and child. His care isn´t limited to just one group; He loves every individual and desires regular, intimate conversation with each one. God´s love is unconditional. It´s who He is (1 John 4:8) rather than simply something He does. Nothing about your character or behavior can make Him love you less or more. Nor are His care and concern limited, because He is infinite and eternal. God´s love is available to everyone. It is inexhaustible and reaches across every boundary or hindrance man can set up in an attempt to keep God at a distance. The Lord does not have favorites, but He does have intimates. These are His followers who spend time with Him, talking and listening, walking in obedience, and desiring to know and love Him with their whole heart. He wants all of us to choose this kind of relationship with Him.

Luke 6:29 says to turn the other cheek and give up more than is asked because expressing love outweighs exerting our rights. You can´t lose when you show others the boundless care of the Lord. You gain His blessing, and what´s more, someone could be saved because of your example.

Romans 5:1-5 📖 Not only is Christ the source of genuine hope; He is also the restorer of lost hope. Unless we´re vigilant in guarding our perspective, many situations can erode optimism and trust. Biblical principles are the best defense against such discouragement.

When difficult circumstances are unrelenting, life can seem devoid of joy and meaning. But Romans 5:1-5 tells us that God has a much different take on the value of trials. We are eager for our Father to just fix the problem or relieve the suffering, but He has an eternal goal in mind. His purpose in trials is to produce character in us, which will lead to hope, not disappointment. Personal failure is another thief of hope. Sometimes discouragement results when we come short of our own expectations. This may be evidence that we have trusted in our own abilities and plans rather than in the Lord´s. Remember that ´our adequacy is from God´ (2 Corinthians 3:5). At other times we might lose hope because, despite our efforts, we cannot live a victorious Christian life. Old flesh patterns may seem to be winning the battle. But just as the failure originates within us, so does the solution—with the indwelling Holy Spirit. If we surrender to His authority and live in reliance upon Him, He will begin to transform us from the inside out.

God doesn´t want anyone to mistreat others; such sinful action will bring repercussions or discipline. But the Lord does extend His care, mercy, and salvation to anybody who wants it. He keeps no record of wrongs. He loves without conditions. And He wants us to love in the same way.

Matthew 5:38-48 📖 We talk a lot about rights these days. Yet the attention given to human entitlements hasn´t brought about corporate or personal freedom. Instead, most people are prisoners of jealousy (You have greater rights than I do!), greed (I deserve more!), or bitterness (My rights have been violated!).

In lieu of focusing on what is due them, Christians should follow Christ´s command to love enemies and forgive persecutors (Matt. 5:44). Believers lay down their rights so they can take up the cause of a holy kingdom. That doesn´t mean we let people trample on us. Rather, we offer a proper response according to biblical principles. In short, we should be more concerned about showing God´s love to those who wrong us than insisting on privileges we assume are rightfully ours. Perhaps you´re thinking that I don´t know how you´ve been mistreated. Indeed I don´t. But I do know how Jesus reacted to terrible abuse. He was betrayed by His friends, persecuted by His people, condemned by His peers, and crucified for our sins. Yet He said, ´Father, forgive them´ (Luke 23:34). Before assuming that Jesus´ capacity for forgiveness and love is out of reach for mere human beings, remember: His Spirit dwells in believers. We can choose to give away our rights and let God´s love work through us.

Happy Sunday To You All

Ask yourself, Am I focusing on what is important to the Lord? Avoiding compromise? Making a conscious effort to adhere to biblical truth? Demonstrating a pattern of godly transformation? Let the Holy Spirit empower you to make the changes necessary to be more like Christ.

Ezekiel 36:25-27 đź“– I marvel at the metamorphosis of a caterpillar. A crawling, slimy, and spiky bug disappears into a chrysalis spun from its own body, and before long, a delicate and graceful winged butterfly emerges. It is magnificent.

Our change at the moment of salvation is just as radical and miraculous. From a death-bound, sinful, and depraved heart, God brings about a brand-new creature—one that is forgiven, made righteous, and designed to be the place where He Himself resides (2 Corinthians 5:21; John 14:17). Have you ever wondered why, then, we continue to struggle with sin after trusting Christ as Savior? Shouldn´t all the habits and tendencies of our old heart have vanished? The answer is that the term ´new creature´ refers to our position in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). It is true that believers are forgiven and eternally secure as children of the heavenly Father. Yet we remain in fleshly bodies, and as long as we are on earth, there will be an ongoing battle between spirit and flesh. Throughout our life, God is transforming us to be increasingly like Jesus—His Spirit residing within helps us to combat sin and teaches us how to live. This process, called sanctification, is a journey that will last until we are called home to heaven...

A life of godliness is characterized by a heart and mind bent toward the things of God. Although we will live imperfectly, our aim should be to obey His will and please Him. Let´s commit to becoming more like Jesus, the one who willingly gave Himself as a sacrifice for us.

Romans 12:2 📖 Today´s verse outlines the commitment and steps necessary in developing a godly lifestyle. Paul was urgently warning believers not to be conformed to the patterns of the world. Our susceptibility to compromise is one of the greatest dangers in the church today.

Through ungodly relationships and the impact of media, we´re being influenced by people who are not following God´s ways. Our society tells us to put self first, take what we want, protect our rights, and promote our own interests above others´. In contrast, Jesus said that our heavenly Father will provide what we truly need (Phil. 4:19), we are to deny ourselves and follow Him (Luke 9:23), and the humble—not the proud—shall receive honor (James 4:10). Conformity to the world´s ideals will lead us away from God. At the same time, Paul urged us to pursue godly transformation of our mind, to set our thoughts on things above (Col. 3:2) and to focus on what is true, right, pure, and lovely (Phil. 4:8). Adopting a Christian worldview will lead to Christlike actions. It requires making adjustments in how we look at life, until our thoughts line up with Scripture. We must also protect our mind with biblical truth and surround ourselves with mature believers who can warn us when we start to stray.

To prevent prideful behavior, we must refuse to act independently of the Lord. Like David, we should handle self-centeredness by turning to God in confession. David´s sins were forgiven. Saul, on the other hand, never admitted he´d made any mistakes, and that led to his downfall.

Psalm 139:1-18 📖 God is infinite. It´s difficult for us, with our limited human minds, to imagine exactly what that means, but it´s important to think about His greatness. His love is immeasurable. And He is boundless in righteousness, mercy, and justice. Time and space cannot contain Him.

Can we go anywhere that our God is not? There may be times when we feel as if we want to hide from Him, but thankfully, there´s nowhere we can go that is out of His reach. The last thing we should want is to be separated from Him. As believers, we are forever connected to the Father because He is eternal. He calls Himself the Alpha and Omega, which means the beginning and the end. That is not to say the Lord started at some point in eternity past and ends somewhere in the future. Instead, it means that when time and space began, He is the one who created it. When it ends, He will still be there—He is the one ´who is and who was and who is to come´ (Revelation 1:8). This was a revolutionary concept for the crowd of Jews to whom Christ announced, ´Before Abraham was born, I am´ (John 8:58). They understood that Jesus, in saying He was one with Yahweh (the name of God, which means ´I am´), claimed to be eternal—and they attempted to kill Him for what they considered blasphemy (John 8:59).

A glorious future lies ahead of us, but the joy of a new body and a reunion with loved ones will be surpassed by the thrill of seeing Jesus face to face. He is the One who made all this possible. Out of gratitude, let´s faithfully love and serve Him while we remain on this earth.

1 Samuel 24 📖 Pride causes us to think that we can manage life´s situations ourselves and make our own plans. The first two kings of Israel—Saul and David—illustrate different approaches to handling pride.

Saul´s high opinion of himself resulted in decisions that were contrary to the Lord´s commands. For example, having defeated the Philistines, the king reasoned that he should take some spoils of war, even though God had said otherwise. When confronted by Samuel, he replied that his plan was ´to sacrifice [the animals] to the Lord´ (1 Samuel 15:15). God saw through his words to a heart of pride. If self-centeredness controls our thinking, we´ll seek ways around divine commands in order to serve ourselves. When caught, we may try to justify our disobedience, as Saul did. David—Israel´s second king, chosen while Saul was still on the throne—didn´t try to initiate his own reign. Instead, he waited for God´s timing. That meant enduring Saul´s jealous rages and murder attempts, but still he wouldn´t retaliate. In fact, even when he had the opportunity, David refused to seize the throne; he didn´t allow pride to dominate his thinking. Later on, he coveted another man´s wife and committed adultery, but when he was challenged, his humble heart prompted repentance (2 Samuel 12:13).

WANT YOUR PRAYERS ANSWERED?

Our lord Jesus Christ taught us what the content of our prayers should be in the scripture reading of today. We must draw some eternal lesson from this passage. One, we must Acknowledge the father hood of God if we want to receive answers to our prayers. Jesus Christ said “....it is not meet to take the childrens bread, and cast it to dogs.”- Matthew 15:26.
Who are the dogs? The Bible in Revelation 22:15 says
For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murders, and idolaters, and whosever loveth and maketh a lie.

Secondly, we must learn that only those who honor the name of the lord can have their prayers answered.

Finally, every child must sell that the will of God be done in this perverse generation.

Children of God who want to be successful in this life must ensure that they are not influenced by anything contrary to the word of God.

If you want your prayers answered abide in Christ and let his word abide in you, as recorded in john 15:7

Abide in Jesus, turn your back on sin completely, exercise tour faith (James 1:6) and your prayers will surely be answered.

PRAYER POINT
Lord, grant me the grace to abide in You, live in holiness and exercise my faith, that all my prayers may be answered, in the mighty name of jesus.

Who Do You Belong To?
1 John 3:10

Many people claim to be Gods children, however it is only those who truly follow in the footsteps of jesus that are genuinely his children. 1 John 3:10 further confirms that those who do righteousness are Gods children while those who do evil belong to the devil.

Anyone who is not living in righteousness is not a child of God. A fellow who is not beating the fruit of God will bear that of Satan. How can you continue to tell lies and still think you are a child of God?

Beloved, please take time to think about this. If you are not living a righteous life, you should not bother calling yourself a child of God at all.

Does your character really resemble that of Jesus Christ?...

ARE YOU ON FIRE FOR GOD?
Romans 12:11NKJV
Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the lord.

There is an emptiness that lies within many people. They go to church but no longer feel the zeal that fuels their relationship with God. Some others no longer go to church and are struggling with some facts that Gods loves them. This causes them to question Gods nature. We may even begin to scrutinize ourselves to the point of self-condemnation. Why don't we seem to for anyone?

Have you ever are these kinds of questions?

Referring again to our text above, Romans 12:11 says we should not be lacking in zeal, but keep our spiritual fervour in serving the lord.
Keeping our spiritual fervour is about having confidence in the word of God.

Spiritual zeal comes from the renewal of the mind. It is through the holy spirit that we receive fervour abd passion to serve the Lord. Our fervour for not come from our circumstances or how we feel about them, but it comes from consistency in participating in spiritual habits. It is the Holy Spirit working through us that causes us to overflow and to boilb with a passion to serve the Lord.

PRAYER
1. Father, in the name of Jesus, let the zeal of your kingdom burn within me and make me a tool for the propagation of the gospel of jesus christ. Psalm 69:9

2. Father through your word teach me the act of surrendered-ness and sacrifice to the things of God. Help me to burn for you.(mark 8:34-35).
