Jesus said, If they say to you,
'where did you come from?', say to
them, 'we came from the light (Higher￾level of the word), the place where the
light (Spiritual meaning) came into
being on its own accord and
established [itself] and became
manifest through their image (The
lower, physical meanings).' if they say
to you, 'is it you?', say, 'we are its
children (We are brought forth from it,
in order to finish what was left for us
to do), we are the Elect of the living Father.' if they ask you, 'what is the
sign of your Father in you?', say to
them, 'it is movement and repose.' (To
labor and to find life through it. When
we rule, then we will rest. That we
have at long last recovered the truth
involves taking over the world and
resting upon the Word of God.)

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you
11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen

[8]Kì iṣe nipa aṣẹ ni mo fi nsọ, ṣugbọn ki a le ri idi otitọ ifẹ nyin pẹlu, nipa igbiyanjú awọn ẹlomiran.
[9]Nitori ẹnyin mọ̀ ore-ọfẹ Oluwa wa Jesu Kristi, pe bi on ti jẹ ọlọrọ̀ rí, ṣugbọn nitori nyin o di talaka, ki a le sọ nyin di ọlọrọ̀ nipa aini rẹ̀.
[10]Ati ninu eyi ni mo fi imọran mi fun nyin: nitori eyi ṣanfani fun nyin, ẹnyin ti o kọ́ bẹrẹ niwọn ọdún ti o kọja, kì iṣe lati ṣe nikan, ṣugbọn lati fẹ́ pẹlu.
[11]Njẹ nisisiyi ẹ pari ṣiṣe na pẹlu; bi imura-tẹlẹ ati ṣe ti wa, bẹni ki ipari si wa lati inu agbara nyin:
[12]Nitori bi imura-tẹlẹ ba wà ṣaju, o jasi itẹwọgbà gẹgẹ bi ohun ti enia bá ni, kì iṣe gẹgẹ bi ohun ti kò ni.
[13]Nitori emi kò fẹ ki awọn ẹlomiran wà ni irọrun, ki o si jẹ ipọnju fun nyin,
[14]Ṣugbọn nipa idọgba, pe ki ọpọlọpọ ini nyin li akoko yi le ṣe ẹkún aini wọn, ki ọ̀pọlọpọ ini wọn pẹlu le ṣe ẹkún aini nyin: ki idọgba ki o le wà:
[15]Gẹgẹ bi a ti kọ ọ pe, Ẹniti o kó pọ̀ju, kò ni nkan le; ẹniti o si kó kere ju, kò ṣe alainito.
