We have a responsibility as parents to raise an army of disciples that would fulfill God's purpose and the great commision. We train them to pass the gospel to the next generation.
Children are priceless and a valuable gift. They are arrows in our quivers prepared and sent forth.
We are commanded to diligently teach the children but, first, the word must be in our mouths. Parents, especially fathers, are supposed to have the word of God in their hearts and teach the children. Teach it diligently and intentionally with the goal to guide your child. Teaching children is a consistent responsibility.
The best way to teach your children is through your daily living. Parents are the primary spiritual influencers of their children.
The home is the man's home and he is supposed to guide and lead. The man has failed if his children are not born again. Abraham brought up His children in the way of the Lord. Genesis 18:19.
Jesus loves children and so must we. He saw them as precious to whom the kingdom of God belongs.
Children are brought up at home, in school, and in church. Focus on what you are doing with your children. Parents are to be involved with them at home, in school and church.
When you invest in children's ministry, you are investing in the child and building God's kingdom.
The children are not the future of the church, they are a vital part of the church today. What you plant in their lives will affect their future. The Bible enjoins us to diligently teach them the word. It is better to build a strong child than to fix a broken adult.
Every man should live a life worthy of emulation by their children. When we invest in children spiritually, we secure a generation for Jesus.
Children are seeds for future pastors, leaders, reformers, and destiny changers.
