Nigeria for Christ
I'm back home 🏠 I realized the truth - Jesus is the Way and my personal lord and savior. I repent of everything I have done God. Thank God for His never-ending love.😭😭😭 And I seek forgiveness from God alone, not from any human being.

Rome 10:9. Ephesians 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
James 4:8. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your ways, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double-minded.
James 4:9. Be sorrowful, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. James 4:10. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.

Political tensions have intensified in Adamawa after Emmanuel Nicholas publicly demanded that Hauwa Mohammed Danejo, a supporter of Ibrahim Babayola Mustafa (Baba Ten), retract and apologise for referring to Christian supporters of Comrade Mustapha Salihu as “Arna.”

Emmanuel Nicholas described the remark as offensive and accused Danejo of religious stereotyping, insisting that political loyalty should not justify comments that demean people because of their faith.

He has given Danejo 24 hours to retract the statement and publicly apologise.

Nicholas further threatened to mobilise Christian voters against Danejo's preferred senatorial candidate and called for a boycott of her business if she fails to apologise.

The statement has added another layer to the growing political and religious debate surrounding Adamawa Central ahead of 2027.

Moral Lesson: Politics can win you supporters, but one careless comment can turn the same crowd into your critics.

Terrorists killed her first husband. Years later, after she found the courage to remarry and rebuild, they killed her second husband too. While still battling that trauma and struggling to feed her children, they attacked her again — this time on her own farm while she was trying to collect some potatoes for her daughter’s tuition 💔.

🚨 Alleged Phone Theft Turns Dəadly in Jos

25-year-old Ibrahim "Ibee" Mbaya reportedly dıed after being brūtally bəaten by a mob over allegations that he stole an iPhone 16 in Jos, Plateau State. Police have arrested three suspects, while efforts continue to track down others linked to the incident.

❓If someone is only accused of theft, should a mob ever take the law into their own hands instead of allowing the police to investigate?

EYN Rejects Proposed FRSC Ban on Bus Preaching, Questions ₦6.14 Billion Mosque Allocation in 2026 Budget

The EYN – Church of the Brethren in Nigeria has criticized the proposed amendment to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Act seeking to prohibit preaching in commercial vehicles and questioned the allocation of ₦6.14 billion for mosque-related projects in the 2026 Federal Budget, describing both developments as misplaced priorities at a time Nigeria is facing serious economic and security challenges.

Speaking with EYN News, Rev. Daniel Y. C. Mbaya, PhD said government institutions should concentrate on addressing issues that directly affect the lives of Nigerians rather than pursuing policies capable of generating unnecessary controversy or creating perceptions of unequal treatment.

The EYN President’s comments followed the passage by the Senate of the Federal Road Safety Corps (Amendment) Bill, 2026, which proposes a ₦50,000 fine for anyone found preaching, hawking or trading in commercial vehicles. The bill, which is awaiting presidential assent, is intended to reduce distractions capable of causing road crashes.

Reacting to the proposal, Rev. Dr. Mbaya said the FRSC should remain focused on its statutory responsibility of promoting road safety instead of attempting to regulate religious expression.

“The Federal Road Safety Corps should concentrate on making our roads safer. The condition of many federal highways is deplorable, and these poor roads contribute significantly to accidents and loss of lives. Rather than seeking to ban preaching in commercial vehicles, the Corps should continue to advocate for better road infrastructure, proper maintenance of highways and stronger road safety measures.”
He maintained that responsible preaching promotes moral values, peaceful coexistence and responsible citizenship, adding that restricting peaceful religious activities would not address the real causes of road accidents.
