Condolence Message to Sister Amira

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.

With deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy, the entire Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria (MSSN) Maiyama/Suru Area Council extends our condolences to Sister Amira over the tragic loss of her beloved brother, Basiru Aliyu Andarai, who passed away in a car accident on his way from Ibadan to Kebbi.

This is indeed a painful and heavy loss, not just to the family but to the entire ummah. May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, and grant him Jannatul Firdaus. May He also strengthen you and your family with patience, comfort your hearts, and reward you immensely for this trial.

Know that you are not alone in this difficult time, your brothers and sisters in MSSN stand with you in prayers and support.

May Allah continue to protect us all and reunite us in goodness.

Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Maiyama/Suru Area Council
Official Visit to Schools.

Today, 31st October, 2025.

The leadership of the Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Maiyama/Suru Area Council, embarked on a courtesy and familiarization visit to selected schools within Maiyama Local Government.

The schools visited include:

1. Government Day Secondary School, Maiyama
2. Garkuwa Comprehensive Primary and Secondary School, Maiyama
3. Junior Girls Arabic and Islamic Secondary School, Maiyama

The purpose of the visit was to officially introduce the newly constituted executives of the MSSN Maiyama/Suru Area Council and to strengthen the relationship between the society and Muslim students in these schools.

During the visit, the council reiterated its commitment to Islamic values, academic excellence, moral upbringing, and student mentorship. The school managements welcomed the delegation warmly and expressed their readiness to collaborate with the society in promoting Islamic awareness and educational development among students.

The visit marks the beginning of stronger engagement between MSSN and schools in the area for the benefit of Muslim students and the community at large.
