2 Kings 6:1–7: The sons of the prophets told Elisha that their meeting place was too small and asked to build a larger space near the Jordan River.
2 Kings 4:8–16: A notable Shunammite woman recognized Elisha as a holy man of God and built an upper room for him with a bed, table, chair, and lampstand. In gratitude for her hospitality, Elisha prophesied that she would embrace a son by the same time the following year, despite her husband’s advanced age.
