There is a proliferation of Absaloms, Adonijahs, Ahithophels, Shemeis,
Joabs, Judases and Lucifers in the church. These are the major rebels of the
Bible. Every minister will have his fair share of these personalities. I am
against these people, and I constantly teach about them in order to expose
them. Decide that you will never become a rebel! In your position as an
assistant minister, you will have to observe certain rules of conduct

Jeremiah 1:6 “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”

When the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah with assurance that God had for new him even before he was formed in his mother's womb and that he has been appointed a prophet to the nations.

Still at this point Jeremiah could not understand the presence of the kavod that brought the news but yet present his weakness before the lord.

There is a word that has be spoken about you before the beginning of the earth and before you were conceive.

But the power of the flesh overcomes the potency of the spirit so you've lost spiritual alignment with the will of the one who had formed thee in thy mother's womb.

THE PERFECT SPIRIT
‎Theme: Our Year of Excellence and Dignity

‎Text: Matthew 5:48, Romans 8:14, Galatians 5:16–25

‎Introduction
‎This year, God has declared over us a year of Excellence and Dignity.

These two virtues are not produced by human effort alone; they are the natural outcome of a life governed by the Perfect Spirit, the Holy Spirit.

‎Jesus said, “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5:48). This perfection is not flawlessness of the flesh but maturity through the Spirit.

‎The Holy Spirit is called perfect because He comes from a perfect God, leads perfectly, corrects perfectly, and produces perfect results in the life of the believer.

‎UNDERSTANDING THE PERFECT SPIRIT

‎The Perfect Spirit is the Holy Spirit—the Spirit of truth, holiness, excellence, and dignity.

‎1) He perfects our walk (Philippians 1:6)

‎2) He refines our character (2 Corinthians 3:18)

‎3) He aligns us with God’s will (Romans 8:26–27)

Without the Spirit, excellence becomes pride, and dignity becomes hypocrisy.

But with the Spirit, excellence reflects God, and dignity reveals Christ.

‎SUB-TOPIC: HOW TO WALK WITH THE PERFECT SPIRIT

‎1. Walk in Submission
‎“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (Romans 8:14).

‎Walking with the Spirit begins with surrender yielding your plans, desires, and ambitions to God.

‎2. Walk in Obedience to the Word
‎The Spirit never contradicts the Word.

‎“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16).

‎3. Walk in Sensitivity
‎The Perfect Spirit speaks quietly and clearly.

‎“Quench not the Spirit” (1 Thessalonians 5:19).

‎Prayer, worship, and meditation sharpen spiritual sensitivity.

‎4. Walk in Consistency
‎Excellence is sustained by daily fellowship with the Spirit, not occasional encounters.

‎“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31).

‎DIVIDENDS OF WALKING WITH THE PERFECT SPIRIT

‎1. Excellence in Character
‎The fruit of the Spirit shapes us into Christ’s image
‎(Galatians 5:22–23).

‎2. Dignity in Conduct
‎The Spirit teaches us how to carry ourselves with honor speech, dressing, relationships, and decisions
‎(Proverbs 22:1).

‎3. Divine Guidance
‎“Thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way” (Isaiah 30:21).

‎4. Victory Over the Flesh
‎“If ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live” (Romans 8:13).

‎5. Spiritual Authority and Boldness
‎“Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you” (Acts 1:8).
‎6. A Life That Pleases God
‎“They that worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).

‎Conclusion
‎This year of Excellence and Dignity will not be fulfilled by human strength but by alignment with the Perfect Spirit. When we walk with the Spirit, excellence becomes our lifestyle, and dignity becomes our identity.

‎Let us therefore make a conscious decision to live, move, and operate by the Spirit, so that our lives will glorify God and reflect His perfection.

‎“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25).

IS S*X DURING FASTING ALLOWED BIBLICALLY? – Apostle Arome Osayi’s Perspective

Beloved, let me speak plainly and with the fear of the Lord: when you embark on fasting, especially the kind that is extended or daily (like the 6 PM to 6 PM fast you can sustain even for a year), the question often arises among married people: “Can we still come together as husband and wife during this time?” I want to give you clear, scriptural, and practical guidance so that you do not fall into error or defraud one another.

The Scripture is very explicit on this matter. In 1 Corinthians 7:5, the Apostle Paul writes: “Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.”

Notice the wording carefully: “except with consent for a time.” Fasting is that “time” of mutual agreement to set aside certain pleasures for spiritual pursuit. But it is not a time to permanently withhold yourselves from each other. The purpose is spiritual alignment, not marital starvation. If you use fasting as an excuse to defraud your spouse, you are walking in disobedience.

Now, listen to me: for the kind of fasting I have taught—where you break the fast every evening with one meal—the intimacy between husband and wife does not affect your spiritual alignment. It does not weaken your consecration. In fact, beloved, it often adds strength—both to your body and to your union. When you come together in love and mutual respect, it can actually refresh you and help you carry the fast with greater grace. The marital bed is honorable (Hebrews 13:4), and God designed it to be a place of blessing, not a place of guilt during seasons of prayer.

But hear this also: everything must be done with mutual consent and understanding. Do not force or manipulate your spouse. If your wife or husband is not comfortable, or if the fast is calling for deeper consecration in a particular season, then agree together to abstain for that short period. The key is agreement—not unilateral decision. Do not say, “I am fasting, so you must suffer.” That is not the spirit of Christ. That is fleshly pride.

So, to the married brothers and sisters: yes, you can engage in marital intimacy during your daily broken fast. It is permitted. It is even beneficial when done in love. Just make sure it does not become a distraction from your prayer and the Word. Keep your focus on seeking the face of God. But do not turn fasting into an occasion to defraud your spouse—that opens the door for temptation, and the enemy is always looking for such loopholes.

May the Lord give you understanding. May He grant you wisdom to balance the demands of the spirit and the responsibilities of the marriage covenant. Walk in love, walk in agreement, and let your fasting bring you both closer to God and to each other.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you.

THEME 2026 OUR YEAR OF EXCELLENCE AND DIGNITY

‎Engaging Excellence

‎We must understand that excellence is a divine expression of God’s nature at work in a believer.

‎To engage excellence is to consciously align our lives, conduct, and service with God’s highest order.

‎ what is God's highest order? obedience and love.

‎ An excellent man is a man of obedience a man of love and distinction, and every man of excellence attracts favor, and divine relevance.

‎“Do you see a man diligent in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men” (Proverbs 22:29).

‎So walking in excellence, as believers we must engage in some certain spiritual keys that activate this divine virtue.

‎3 KEYS TO ENGAGE EXCELLENCE

‎1: Consciousness of God’s Presence
‎ Excellence is sustained by the awareness that God is ever-present.

When a believer lives with the understanding that God sees and weighs every action, mediocrity loses its appeal.

Joseph excelled in Potiphar’s house because “the Lord was with him, and he was a successful man” (Genesis 39:2–4).

Divine presence empowers consistency, integrity, and distinction.
‎(Genesis 39:2–4 Psalm 16:11 Colossians 3:23)

‎ 2: Diligence with Skill and Wisdom
‎ Excellence demands intentional diligence
‎doing ordinary tasks with extraordinary commitment and growing in skill.

Daniel was preferred above others because “an excellent spirit was in him” (Daniel 6:3).

Excellence flourishes where discipline, learning, and wisdom are deliberately embraced. (Daniel 6:3 Proverbs 4:7 Ecclesiastes 9:10)

‎ 3: Alignment with Divine Values
‎ True excellence flows from a heart aligned with God’s righteousness and truth.

Excellence is not compromised by shortcuts or corruption.

Jesus exemplified this by always doing what pleased the Father (John 8:29).

When our motives, character, and actions align with God’s values, excellence becomes a lifestyle, not an occasional act.
‎(Matthew 5:16 John 8:29 Philippians 4:8)

Conclusion
‎ Engaging excellence is a spiritual responsibility and a kingdom mandate.

As believers cultivate God-consciousness, diligence with wisdom, and alignment with divine values, excellence becomes their natural expression.

Excellence announces the glory of God in our lives and positions us for honor, influence, and lasting impact. “That they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

Theme 2026: Divine Excellence and Dignity

‎ The Prerequisites for Manifesting Excellence and Dignity

‎ Excellence and dignity are not merely products of human effort or refined character; they are fruits of the spirit for a life aligned with God.

In Scripture, we see that those who walked in uncommon excellence and carried divine dignity did so because God Himself upheld them.

As we step into the reality of Divine Excellence and Dignity, we must understand and embrace the spiritual prerequisites that make this manifestation possible.

‎1. Divine Mercies
‎The foundation of excellence and dignity is Divine Mercy. No man attains lasting excellence by strength or merit alone. It is mercy that qualifies us, sustains us, and restores us when we fail.

‎ It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.(Lamentations 3:22)

Mercy preserves dignity even in moments of weakness. It lifts men from disgrace and repositions them for honor.

‎ Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy.(Romans 9:18)

‎ Without mercy, excellence collapses under the weight of imperfection. Mercy is what keeps our standing before God secure and our journey progressive.

‎Those who walk in humility continually access mercy, and mercy sustains excellence.

‎2. Divine Guidance
‎ Excellence without guidance leads to exhaustion and error. Divine guidance directs our steps, sharpens our decisions, and aligns our efforts with God’s purpose.
‎“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5–6)

‎ Dignity is preserved when a man is led by God and not driven by impulse. Guidance protects us from costly mistakes that can erode honor.

‎“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”
‎Psalm 37:23

Divine excellence is the product of divinely ordered steps.

‎3. Divine Presence
‎The highest expression of excellence and dignity is found in Divine Presence. God’s presence distinguishes, empowers, and glorifies.

‎“And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man. (Genesis 39:2)

‎ Joseph’s excellence was not accidental; it was the visible outcome of God’s abiding presence. Where God’s presence dwells, dignity is restored and excellence becomes evident.

‎If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.(Exodus 33:15)

‎ Without God’s presence, success is empty and dignity is fragile.

‎Divine presence is the seal that authenticates excellence and preserves dignity.

‎ Divine Mercy qualifies and sustains us.
‎ Divine Guidance directs and preserves us.

‎Divine Presence distinguishes and empowers us.

‎ These are not optional virtues; they are spiritual prerequisites for a life that truly reflects Divine Excellence and Dignity.

‎Conclusion
‎As we journey through 2026, let our pursuit not be a mere achievement, but divine alignment. May we depend on God’s mercy, submit to His guidance, and dwell continually in His presence. Then shall our lives speak excellence, and our walk reflects dignity unto the glory of God.

‎ Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.( Zechariah 4:6)

‎Prayer:
‎Lord, grant us mercy, lead us by Your counsel, and let Your presence rest upon us, that we may manifest Divine Excellence and Dignity in all we do. Amen.

My year of Excellence and Dignity

My year of Excellence and Dignity

2026; MY YEAR OF EXCELLENCE AND DIGNITY

The dignity of Jesus Christ is
unmatched He is exalted above all creation, crowned with eternal glory and honor.

Scripture declares, Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name” (Philippians 2:9).

He is not only our Savior but the visible image of the invisible God, the One by whom all things hold together (Colossians 1:15–17).

In Him dwells divine majesty, for “He is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being” (Hebrews 1:3).

Let us therefore walk in humility and reverence, honoring Christ in our words, conduct, and faith, for every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

In a world that celebrates power, status, and self, we are called to behold the higher dignity of Jesus Christ the King who humbled Himself for our redemption.

Though He walked among men in meekness, Scripture reminds us that “God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name above every name” (Philippians 2:9).

Christ’s dignity is not rooted in earthly titles but in obedient love and sacrificial grace. He reigns with glory, yet He stooped to serve; He bears all authority, yet He chose the cross.

Therefore, as His followers, we are called to reflect His honor by living in humility, integrity, and obedience.

When we honor Christ in our choices, our speech, and our service to others, we proclaim His lordship in our generation until the day every knee bows and every tongue confesses that He alone is Lord.

In conclusion In honoring the dignity of Jesus Christ, we are reminded that true greatness is found in humility and obedience to God.

As He reigns in glory, may our lives continually reflect His lordship, until the day every knee bows and every tongue confesses that He alone is Lord.

I welcome you all again to 2026 our year of Excellence and Dignity.

Shalom.
