This is not in anyway to play down on the essence of mentorship but to pass a message to a suppose mentor and mentee.
Some mentor in quote are men and women who their victims (mentee) feed their greed and their list for money.
There are some trying and pursuing some person to make them their mentor but the supposed mentor is avoiding them because they don't have the money yet to feed their greed d their lust for money.
Belove, don't be afraid to grow as a spiritual, career orphan but make sure as you grow you give yourself wholly to the Word of God and meditate on it. Greatness will surely come.
When you are grown you will choose for yourself a father.
Some are not actual mentor they are people who their victim feed their greed and lust for money.
To me a mentor, should be one who is ready to take you, groom you, correct you, scold you, when need be beat you in love and still draw you close, create an opportunity to push you up, pray for you and more.
But unfortunately they are after present gratification forgetting that life is all about investing in others.
