*IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY !!!*

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all." 2 Corinthians 4:17, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
In this world, we all have troubles and trials, but aren’t you glad that Scripture promises that they are only temporary? Today’s verse tells us they are momentary. Compared with eternity, our troubles won’t last long at all! The second part of this verse tells us that when we stand strong in faith during times of adversity, we are building that faith and achieving eternal glory. When you confess your trust and reliance on God, you are passing the test!

If you are in the middle of tough times today, look to God. The Bible says that Jesus is the Author and Finisher of your faith. He is the one who writes faith on your heart and then develops it to completion on the inside of you as you yield yourself to Him. Your part is to seek Him daily. Follow His commands. Open your heart and choose to speak His Word which is alive and active. Remember, your trials are only temporary, but His eternal glory outweighs it all!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
Father, thank You for working Your eternal glory in me. I cast my cares on You, knowing that my trials and troubles are only temporary. Thank You for Your eternal blessing on my life today and always in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*SWITCH OVER TO WORSHIP !!!*

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
“And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?” Luke 12:25, NKJV

TODAY'S WORD:
If we could add inches to our lives by worrying, some of us would be twenty-three feet tall. What keeps you up at night and takes your joy? When we worry, we’re making our problem our God. Do yourself a favor: take that worry off the throne and put God back on the throne. Every time you’re tempted to worry, turn it around and thank God that He’s in control, and He’s taking care of that situation.

Most of the time, especially in difficult situations, the first thoughts that come are negative. What if I don’t get well? What if I can’t make the payments? Don’t fall into that trap. Your life is going to follow your thoughts. If you live worried and anxious, you’re inviting discouragement, bad breaks, and negativity. Let the worry be a reminder to switch over to worship. Thank God that He’s fighting your battles. Thank Him that no weapon formed against you will prosper.

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
“Father, thank You that You are in control of all the situations in my life, and You are fighting my battles. I choose to guard my mind from worrisome, anxious thoughts that trap me in negativity and discouragement. I believe that no weapon formed against me will prosper. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

*THE END IS NOT THE END !!!*

Today’s Scripture:
Matthew 5:3, MSG - You're blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule"

Today’s Word:
When we've made mistakes and failed, it's easy to feel that we've come to the end of our rope. You may have failed, but you're not a failure. Failure is an event; it's not who you are. What you struggle with, perhaps an addiction, is not who you are. What you've done may not be good, but it's not the end. The Creator of the universe breathed life into you. You may have gotten off course, but God is saying, "I'm still going to bless you and show you My favor. I'm going to set you free."

Perhaps your medical situation doesn't look good. Something in a relationship or in your finances or business is at the end of the rope. Have a new perspective. When you're at the end, you're in prime position for God to show out in your life. He's saying to you, "What I promised you is still on the way. When you're at the end of your ability, there's room for My favor."

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
"Father, thank You that You are the Almighty God. Your unfailing love is greater than my failures, You're more powerful than any sickness or addiction, and Your mercy covers more than my needs. I know You're working behind the scenes and what You promised me is right on schedule. In Jesus' Name, Amen."

*FAITH IN THE MIDDLE !!!*

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown…” Galatians 6:9, NKJV

TODAY'S WORD:
In Genesis 37, God gave Joseph a dream that one day his family would bow down before him. God showed him the end, and the promise was planted in his heart. But what God didn’t show him was the middle. Years later, when the dream came to pass and Joseph was ruling over the nation of Egypt, I can hear him saying, “God, You gave me this incredible promise, but You didn’t tell me I’d be thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, falsely accused of a crime, and put in prison for years.”

If Joseph were here today, he would tell you, “Don’t get discouraged in the middle when life doesn’t make sense.” You know the promise is in your heart, but every circumstance says just the opposite. Keep believing, keep being your best. If you’ll have faith for the middle, the God of the middle is going to protect you, provide for you, and favor you.

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
“Father, thank You for Your promise to be with me through the deepest of waters. Even when life doesn’t make sense, I choose to trust in You and believe that You are working behind the scenes for my good. I will have faith for the middle. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

*TAKE HOLD OF STRENGTH !!!*

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9, NKJV

TODAY'S WORD:
God knew one challenge we all would face is weariness. It’s easy to get tired. Weary means to lose your sense of pleasure, to not feel the enjoyment you should. You’re doing the right thing but not getting right results. Sometimes because the battle is taking longer than you thought, you become weary. Let me encourage you that your due season is on the way. Don’t let discouragement convince you to give up or settle where you are.

You may be dealing with battle fatigue today. You’re tired of fighting and don’t think you can go on. But you don’t have to do it on your own. God says, “Let him take hold of My strength.” It’s available, but you have to take hold of it. When thoughts tell you, “It’s never going to change,” just say, “No, I know my time is coming. I’ve been armed with strength for this battle. I can do all things through Christ.”

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
“Father, thank You for that You are the Most High God and seated on Your throne. Help me to shake off my weariness and take hold of Your strength. I declare that You have armed me for the battle I am to fight and that I am strong. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
