Some years ago, a man of God called Afolabi (not his real name), was a prophet in a remote village in Osun state.
Afolabi was annointed and so powerful, the presence of the lord was so mighty on him Afolabi, was that type of man that will embark on 40 days dry fast without changing clothes or shaving his beard for the entire fasting period
When you see him, his face shone. He carried the presence of the lord
Afolabi was about 40 years old. One day, Afolabi died unexpectedly
Everyone was thrown into mourning and confusion
"How can Afolabo die?"

"Is it that God doesn't have power to protect his own anymore?"

These were the questions in the mind of many
The village was known for deep occultic presence
Therefore, there were insinuations that demons killed him because through him, many were delivered from darkness
Many years after, God asked one man called Timothy, to go and start his ministry in that village
Timothy was scared to the bones, if Afolabi with all his annointing and power could die.... him that didn't carry such power and grace
Timothy was scared
Already, people were telling him that if he goes to the village, he would die
One day, Timothy decided to take the matter to the lord in prayers
Will God call him and not protect him
Then God revealed Afolabi's secret to Timothy
Afolabi was annointed and could fast like Jesus, but unknown to everyone
Afolabi was a serious adulterer
All those women trusting God for the fruit of the womb, all other people's wives.,.... Afolabi was filled with adultery
The adultery was what opened the door of his life to the enemy Timothy went to that village and through him, salvation has entered that village
I want us to look at our lives today
God is merciful, you can keep sinning and asking for forgiveness, you might even take God for granted
But you see the devil, he is watching you closely, monitoring you.
It is better, not to embark on the work of God, than to embark on it with sins in your hands
What sin is there in your hand?
Pride, lust of the eyes, lying, manipulations..... whatever it is, you are opening the back door of your life for the enemy
Ponder on it.

Congratulations on this 8th year anniversary. The Great God who is doing Great things in the Great House of David have kept us going. By His mercies, the ups have been much more than the downs. He is a faithful God.

God's Word does not fail. He has commanded us to Arise, Shine; for our light have come and His glory has risen upon us - Isaiah 60:1. That is what we will do.

While obeying ALL government instructions in order to stay safe during this period (which will come to pass), I encourage you to put your trust in God. Let your faith not waiver. Look beyond this moment and Arise, shine both spiritually and physically. Spend time to pray through during this period of short vaccation.

We will arise in the place of prayer, crying to God to heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:13-14) from the present plague and to deliver us from everything and anything that has kept us down. We will shine in our ministries, families, businesses and careers because the LIGHT (Jesus) of God has stepped into our situation and His glory has risen upon us and will be seen in us.

I congratulate you because I am confident that "Eyes has not seen,nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him" - 1 Cor 2:9 . That includes you. The God who said this have not changed. He will not change. He is a promise keeper. I am a living witness.

You shall testify. Stay safe and stay blessed.
