So many things killed a man which he by himself poisoned himself with. Such as Unforgiving spirit, malice, intolerance and anger.
These poisons are worse than the ones given to man by his enemies. Therefore, stop poisoning yourself! Don't kill your spirit or inner-man anymore. Learn how to forgive, how to let go, how to give a second chance to others and live peaceably with others. You aren't doing these for anyone but for yourself gan-an-gan! Lol.

SAY NO TO DEPRESSION!
Being optimistic is a norm. Having the mental picture of a better tomorrow is not an allusion.
Stop being sarcastic because you gained nothing by being pessimistic. Think clearly about your life and don't ever touch your life by taking it. You're not the owner of that life that you wanted to take. Be warned. You borrowed it!
2 Kings 6:5-6 (KJV)
But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.

In the journey of life, the head of the ax could fall into the abysmal depths but the power of God is sufficient enough to bring things back to normal for you. The strength of the axe is the iron head. This could be likened to the power of success that lies within your power or capacity. Without the axe head, we have an ordinary wooden baton which no sane person can use to cut down a tree or attack a hard object. So also it could be likened to life when the determination, will power, desires, etcetera is lost, but don't worry, God is always at hand to give a help. God is the present help in the time of troubles and He can never be too late to act swiftly. Talk to somebody no matter what, even if you are going to be made jest of or embarrassed. No matter what, a person will be there as the Elisha to give a helping hand.
Say NO to depression.
Say NO to negative thoughts. Say NO to drugs addiction. Say NO to care free life. Say NO to taking your life. Life is beautiful.

Don't ever make yourself a Judge. If Boaz was given birth to by a common pr******te called Rahab, then to whom can God not show mercy and love to? Examine yourself before you begin to x-ray others. Look into the within of yourself before you seat as a Judge. By the measure with which you meted to others shall it be used to measure back to you. As simple as ABC. Check yourself pls!
